Try to insert something thin and flat between the gap and push it upwards or try to grab a phone disassembling kit which should cost you beloe 3-4 dollars and that set dhould have multiple thin inserts designed for opening such cases and this particular case required hefty force.
I have two questions. 1. How to you look and determine if switch is lubed ?. 2. If I messed up my keyboard layout out with the via app is their a way I can set it back to defaults or do I have to go back and set each key to the correct mapping ?

@@notsonabil yeah i upload the jason file in VIA. i can see my keyboard layout but no button is working on wired mood. 2.4gs mood the buttons r working but VIA can find keyboard in that mood even though i uploaded the JASON file.
this keyboard was such a pain in the ass arriving without being assembled, and then half the keys didn't work after i finally got it together. i urinated all over it before returning it to china.
