7:46 I like your idea how you just choose the flags randomly🙂 But I think there's an easier way to search for popular songs because the song you got is not popular and it's from a TV show and hodan is a name. -Go to RU-vid -Write for example Russian songs or Russian music + the yr -Go to search filter -choose most rated 👆 Most will be popular songs you will not get all. It would be interesting if you redo the videos and react to real popular songs ❤️ I like your reaction anyways

You are really talented and your pronunciation/mimicking of Somali is upmost perfect. That song was a cut from a longer TV Interview with the Singer about his music and life story etc and performed some of his songs at the time in the studio where the Interview took place. Suldaan Seeraar is the Sultan of Somali music and biggest star certainly last couple of years. Hodan is a female Somali name and means rich or wealthy and the singer is singing about that it doesn't necessarily mean he's in love with a girl named Hodan it could be the lyricist or someone asking and paying a lyricist to make a song about that name.

The woman besides him is famous TV presenter/anchor Haboon Ugaas who was at that time the most renowned TV host/journalist of the government owned Somali Region Television. She was hosting the singer and conducting the Interview. That song was really old from 2015 since then Suldaan Seeraar had the biggest hits. The best search is to put the artists name in the RU-vid search bar and select the viewed most filter. In 2020 the biggest artist is called Gulled Simba his newest song many reacted to is called Danayn. Another is 'Somali Miya' and think would do justice as it is the most up-to-date true reflection of popular Somali music.

Even though there are many Somali diaspora around the world there are four countries where Somalis are ethnicly from Somalia around 15 million Somalis live there. Ethiopia around 8 million btw the video you have reacted to is shot in Ethiopia and the singer and the host are from Ethiopia, 3 million Somalis also live in Kenya, half a million Somalis live in Djibouti as well.
