I genuinely can't mind at all, he's just mesmerizing to watch like he's having so much fun man I aspire to be like that, no matter how good or bad my singing ever gets
I think Jack getting out of breath gives the songs a whole new style to them. As a band kid, it sounds like there's a cool lift at the end of each phrase which sounds cool.
Oh it's so funny watching him in concert. He has so much energy and he uses it all at the first song leaving him out of breath for the rest of the concert.
@@ravencastro3435 well auto tune is an effect and the reason you can notice it is because you’re meant to and what you mean is pitch correction because they need it for if they make one mistake in an otherwise perfect recording I just hate it when people get auto tune and pitch correction mixed and think auto tune is a real thing and isn’t just an effect
I love how you can actually tell they're singing... None of that fake lip syncing you'd see other places when a singer is afraid their voice won't sound close enough to the song - even though their songs are edited a lot. Great job, and I loved seeing how much they've grown the past few years.
They did an interview, just sitting on a couch talking about their music, and Jack breaks out into song occasionally. He sounds just like he does on the album, without accompaniment or warming up.
There's def a backing track playing. No doubt about that. You're hearing a lot more of the backing track than you are his actual voice. Sorry but you folks need to listen a little harder cause if you think he is singing this live then you clearly have a bad ear for music
That’s what I like about them, they are themselves! They don’t change their looks for a show or whatever, they stay comfortable and do the show they want
@@someonecooll well said. he wore it so fucking much it's literally a part of him. if he ever goes to a concert without that hat, everyone there will be shocked.
I need to see AJR in concert, they got really good songs but their energy in every video of them at a concert is unreal. When you see Artists get into their songs like this it make the experience so much better
I saw them live for the first time last summer and THE VIBES ARE IMMACULATE!! LITERALLY the best concert I could ever go to, their visuals and hype and sound is incredible live!! Hella recommend
the end where jack sings part of BANG!’s chorus but the backing track is WAY LESS SAD sounds dope. someone remix this pair plz. i mean the whole song! BANG!’s vocals and WAY LESS SAD’S music edit: timestamp (4:00)
I've just had a thought, but I dance pretty differently depending on the clothes I'm wearing... I wonder if Jack would dance better in typical street clothes.
@@charalampospapaioannou2371 they have trap percussion, and 808s. Its trap pop if not fully trap. I guess trap implies the trap lyrical style, but it's indeed trap
@@thomasherrington7237 "Trap music uses synthesized drums and is characterized by complex hi-hat patterns, tuned kick drums with a long decay (originally from the Roland TR-808 drum machine), atmospheric synths,[according to whom?] and lyrical content that often focuses on drug use and urban violence.[4][5][6][7] It utilizes very few instruments and focuses almost exclusively on snare drums and double- or triple-timed hi-hats. This is the signature sound of trap music. " Apart from the 808s, they not only use a variety of instruments (gotta love them trumpets), but their themes also differ from trap music.
@@strix0797 watch spectrum pulse’s review of the click. He can explain much better than I can. Even if you like the music itself you cannot deny that the lyrical content is deplorable.
Yall are forgetting things like sober up hurt burn the house down ect like those songs were the shit back then but nobody knew the bands name so they didn't get much credit for them
@@jessie2807 The microphone runs through a mixer and so the audio can be changed during the song. (This includes adding or removing audio effects, adjusting volume, it's a whole job.)
I'm 51...got hooked with my older kids and man some of the lyrics hit the parent and the ones moving on in life. So excited to catch the San Fran concert for daughters birthday. Keep doing what you love...we love it!
I graduate High School on May 25,2022 and Y'all (AJR) are coming to St.Louis on May 31,2022 and my parents surpised me with tickets to see you guys live!!! I'm so freaking excited!!!❤❤
Watching this live was the most amazing experience 🥺 AJR have accomplished so much and now performing live at the Billboard Awards is the cherry on top, I’m so proud of these boys 👏❤️
Props to all the brass players in the background, as a trumpet player I know how hard it is to play while not keeping your head steady and they were MOVING af!
AJR is my world if you gave me to choose among all the artists I would definitely choose you, you are the best thing that has happened to me I love you so much, I am so proud of you 😭💗
@@mrfweebles5580 actually the reason these weren’t played were because in the time of planning for this bang and way less sad were released, as opposed to the rest of the album excluding bummerland
