I just sat on hold for OVER AN HOUR to try to cancel Serius XM!! They answer right away if you are getting new service, but they ask why you're calling BEFORE transferring you to the right area, so they can NOT ANSWER!!! After waiting on hold for over an hour to cancel, I went online where YOU CAN'T CANCEL, so I chatted with some who said THEY DON'T HAVE THE POWER TO CANCEL!! I showed that I was getting very angry, so they FINALLY gave me to a supervisor who FINALLY (supposedly) canceled my subscription.. They never did answer the phone call, I left it waiting on hold FOR AND HOUR AND A HALF!! I WON'T DEAL WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!🤬
