@@FilipPetrovic999 You'd need a LOT of all those to counter mobs. Usually Flashbang Rangers, Toxin Tractors, and Dragon Tanks are better counters due to the splash damage they deal.
@@Geroskop lol no one builds Inferno Cannons in online matches. And Comanches are air units - and unless you're playing as the USAF General, they're not worth the price either.
That mob unit is one of the most overpowered units ever in the game. And they have the ability to somehow generate more civilians just by getting healed
NO COST IS TO GREAT! ONE PATH TO FREEDOM. THIER TOOLS MAY SERVE US WELL. WE WILL NOT BE HINDERED. LET'S KICK UP SOME DIRT. ROADS? HOW BORING. I MAKE MY OWN PATH.
Yeah members of the angry mob tend to get stuck often with movement, and when they do, they die. Probably because they are too far from the group. I think it's got to do with the pathfinding.
Yeah that's certainly an advantage of the Angry Mob. If you use multiple ones in an attack, you can move the weakened ones to the back like you would with tanks for instance. It's basically Angry Mob 'junk repair'! 😅
Never saw their AK-47 picking animation, more I watch videos about Generals, more I start know about this game. There's even a button that makes units run away
Yeah the game actually has quite a bit of detail. Perhaps more than necessary because some of it is almost unnoticable. Goes to show how much love was put in the game. By that button you mean if you press X it will scatter your units?
It couldve become a REAL sports game if not for the horrible framerate, crashes, FUCKING EA GAMESPY and garbage that became the icon of cybersport just because its easier to play when your enemy cant spam units The fucking piece of Starshit.
More like "M4A1s for everyone". But yeah, seeing no difference between terrorist organisation like GLA and Ukraine(or how we calling it country 404) is based.
Fun fact, the guy with the uzi has the highest dps of all the mob members; if you kill off the other members and let them regen their numbers, they will have the highest damage
It's likely not just AK-47s or AKMs since people tend to mix up the AKM with the AK-47 as one of the ARs in the center of the image looks more like an AN-94 or a Galil
It's funny to me how an army of 30-50 rebels, can't wreck that base to the ground, but untrained pissed off civilians that probably have the same guns as the rebels (without the rocks & molotov) can do it with ease...
@@skybattler2624 rangers with flashbangs in humvees? Anyone? No? Well it worked but you have to actively control the humvees so they don't get too close
Angry Mobs in large enough numbers can still overwhelm Pathfinders. Now replace them with Toxin Tractors and Dragon Tanks...and you've got an incoming genocide.
Imagine being a organized company that has tank and turrets to protect HQ, only to see a crowd of civilians holding AK47s approaching rapidly while screaming for their country
Oh Im glad that I see someone playing this ol' reliable game thaf i used to played... Ah, thanks for your content! This brings me good old memories playing C&C Generals
Perfectly realistic how a mob of random angry civilians using only small arms has the ability to overwhelm a trained military force that possesses vehicles and heavy weapons.
angry mob is one of my favorite base defense... you can surrounds the palace with the people behind the building and they will scatter so little damage is taken from attacks and they can regroup and multiply
This is fun and all, but the flame thrower tanks are still going to counter them. China has lots of anti-gla upgrades, such as the black napalm. With this out of the way, they're one of the funniest units. I loved that GLA mission in the campaign where you use them to get cash by destroying some buildings.
