Burna Boy had already charted on the Billboard Reggae Charts with his debut album L.I.F.E. Burna Boy had already worked with Wizkid, Davido, Olamide, etc. Burna Boy already had hits such as Like to Party, Yawa Dey, Tonight, and Run my Race which were released before this song. AKA did not put Burna Boy on. If that was true, why hasn’t AKA either reached Burna Boy’s level or helped someone else to reach Burna Boy’s level. In South Africa sure Burna Boy wasn’t known, but in Nigeria, Ghana, the UK, and some parts of Europe, Burna Boy was already known before he ever worked with AKA.
