What I don’t understand: Gunna wasn’t the first person to take a plea in that case. Thug is still rocking with the other guys that took the plea deals first… not talking about his brother or duke but there was a few early YSL guys that copped out before gunna. Probation is different and at the same time the same as parole. Parole you get if u went to jail and got out early with time left they put u on parole, u can get probation as a punishment and as a post jail term.

That’s the hole point of a plea agreement, you come to an “agreement” meaning if he doesn’t agree to their terms he can try to negotiate with them to a certain extent…
At least in my country you're not allowed to use mind altering substances in prison or on probation. So if you're on probation, they going to make random visits at least once a week and test you for alcohol. If you drank anything at all, you're going straight to jail right away to wait while they fix everything and find you a place in prison.
I am not so educated on the prison system but these rappers act like probation is such a difficult thing to go through. if you're on probation and you're luckily granted the chance to finish your sentence in the comfort of your home, you got to be a stupid SOB to still mess that up. One should act as if he's on house arrest with cameras watching at all times. What's the problem with these people?

@@babycrillz i know it's easily said than done, especially with a rappers lifestyle on the road (being around drugs, etc) but there needs to be discipline. You're almost literally blessed with a get-out-of-jail free card. I'll take that than do time behind bars.

Thats actually not true. Police cant search u without probable cause even while on parole or probation. But your parole agent or probation officer can.

No disrespect but you haven’t got a clue what you’re talking about. There’s a very small minority of people who go to trial facing Rico charges, and the ones that do try their luck at trial generally get very long level sentences. Most of these rappers who get charged under the RICO act plea out and do exactly what Gunna did, the only difference is we saw Gunna’s plea bargain play out on camera. Artists like Casanova & Bobby Shmurda have all plead out when facing hefty RICO charges, which means by your logic this makes them a snitch also which is ridiculous…

Gunna pointed his finger at YSL and did what he had to to save his own ass… if Gunna woulda stayed down he woulda got MAYBE probation. @@SW-gy4zqno they pleaded out to RICO charges and had to admit their organization is a gang that committed crimes just like Gunna. They just had more evidence against them so they got to serve time and gunna got time served because they barely had any eveidence on him. That’s the ONLY difference. All them took plea deals and admitted they was gang gang
