Sotanghon was a luxurious dish ngayon affordable na. Your creative versions ay nakakacraving . Who doesn't have stock of sotanghon in their pantry ? Lahat ng Pinoy ay meron nyan. Parang pang -araw araw na ulam or snack other than for special occasions .
I was newly married , lived in Manila , attended the Bible Christian Church , the members had well lined pockets , drove luxury cars . Bible studies were hosted at their fancy homes . Sotanghon were newly imported then , not as commonplace much later. Some of the husbands were international pilots of major airlines . So sotanghon ? Not a problem.

Namimili lang talaga ako ng maiksing video pra sa mga tutorial ng lulutuin ko, pero ung video mo kahit 30mins tinatapos ko 😁 minsan bitin pa. Mga mga tips din na very useful. Try ko yang sotanghon guisado mo, with lots of ground pepper hehe
