that akali might be challenger, but her enemies certainly are not. Way too many mistakes, even I, as an average player can see that for example liss didn't use her e at 5:19 which could have saved her

Depends on the lane. It's good against tanks that rush MR because E damage is physical + good wave clear. Also good against Yasuo because of wind wall.
