AKASO V50 Pro sample footage - does the image quality deserve the hype?

I am using the v50 pro video quality is good not as bad as you video there is something fishing in your review .

I bought the Akaso V50x pro se and love it. I started my search with the Campark x20 or v20. Campark doesn’t include battery chargers with there cameras. My v50 pro se came with a two battery charger and with three batteries. Might I recommend the baseball cap and mount instead of the head mount you’re using. I purchased the Smatree Baseball Hat with Quick Release Buckle Mount from Amazon for $15. Good luck fishing

There's something wrong because mine doesn't even come close to looking that bad at 1080p, You got a dud or something

Do you know if this model has an HDMI clean output? Without OSD or other things? I wanna use for streaming

Thank you for that review. I thought about sendling my X20 back and buy a V50 Pro instead, but now I won't. I don"t need 4K, just 1080.

I recently purchased the Akaso V50 pro based on many of the good reviews on RU-vid but I was very disappointed by the low quality of the video in 1080p. Changing to 2.7k made a big improvement and 4K is a little better than 2.7k. Because of the large 4K files sizes I’m going to stick with 2.7k for my videos.

Not only did I find it helpful but your interaction with the birds quite entertaining! lol! What action cam did you eventually settle on?

Thanks for the review! I have bought the Akaso V50pro to replace my pretty trusty Akaso EK7000 (which has good video quality but terribly poor audio). But, what a mistake it was jumping onto the v50pro bandwagon! Indoor video shots are pinkish and low resolution, and outdoor ones are kind of brownish a la sepia! I have received a return authorization and it will be shipping back this weekend to Amazon here in Japan.

This video is take in 1080p 60fps? I like the features it offers, but the 1080p quality is really quite a concern as I may not wanna use 4k vid often~ Any idea how much memory does 4k takes up for a 30min video?

I dont feel that this is a fair review because you clearly have invested time with the campark action cam. The V50 pro has an option to change color temperature. I've had the v50 pro for nearly 1 year now and my footage quality is nowhere near what you displayed. you might've just gotten a fluke and it was the 1 out of a million.

Something is definitely wrong. This is the worst example of akaso v50 pro footage I've seen and I've watched many review videos of the v50 pro.

What is the App to use for the akaso camera?

The Akaso has a reputation for being much better in 4K than 1080 so testing in 1080 is not going to show the best of the camera. Most people will prefer to shoot in 4K these days, so even though 1080 is your preference you should have done a 4K test for all the cameras.

Akaso is terrible if not used at 2.7 or 4k Try and you will see a HUGE difference in image quality.

my v50 pro looks way better this.

The V50 Pro SE is suppose to be much better. I just bought one and so I'll let you know.

Akaso has very bad 1080, far worse then 4K.

I've watched just about every YT video of this camera and you are the only one whose camera is so bad. Maybe it has a problem?
