This moment at the Post Festival Party with Kasumi only solidified to me personally *(if Joker hadn’t romanced any girl at this point)* that at this point, I think it’s safe to say that not only Joker has touched Kasumi’s heart over the course of the story, but now Kasumi returns the favor by touching HIS heart with her dance. I mean, the guy was left speechless after her dance and I don’t blame him honestly. Also lmao Eunibuni you were overwhelmed with Kasumi’s adorableness that you froze your game on accident, not that I blame you lmao 😂
Sojiro's too. He's clearly trying so hard with an overwhelming situation and being informed that a woman he loved or cared for deeply was, in fact, *murdered* after he ignored her cry for help.
@@TheJokerAkaCirque And also the fact that the troublemaker delinquent he took in that he was slowly warming up to was part of the Phantom Thieves that the public consider enemy number one. He was legitimately in disbelief that Joker not only hid this from Sojiro, but was also the reason that Futaba wasn’t still locked up in her room and was moving around. It was A LOT for him to process. I honestly didn’t blame him for exploding the way he did during the argument. Plus Futaba was constantly on the verge of breaking down and crying since Sojiro found out about their Phantom Thief secret with HER calling card and she couldn’t handle the pressure of being interrogated by Sojiro on the matter. Poor girl, if Joker wasn’t there with Futaba to talk things out with Sojiro, I wouldn’t be surprised if she legitimately collapsed and cried her heart out. Major props to both Futaba’s AND Sojiro’s VAs for their amazing performance in this scene.
It really felt like Cinderella dancing at the ball asking her Prince Charming to join her in the dance at the end when Kasumi extended her hand out at Joker.
As someone on the autism spectrum, Futaba’s recollections during the school tour are painfully relatable. Particularly the part where she responds to being called a liar by reciting all the book names, only to then be called weird. I don’t have a photographic memory, but there were a lot of times where people would make a snide remark to me and I would respond with a completely earnest and often very technical response about why they were wrong. Often they’d just laugh in response. I didn’t quite get it, but I understood they were laughing *at* me. And that hurt.
10:17 - That third choice brings up some bad memories for me. I hate that song. Though, fun fact: If you picked "I'll take it" when Ryuji asked you if you wanted the red takoyaki, Joker would've cracked his neck in preparation like a badass, even if Akechi took it afterwards. And after Akechi spent most of his screentime being a smug douche, seeing him get pwned by that spicy takoyaki was pretty cathartic. God, Kasumi's dance was beautiful. I don't regret romancing her at all.
Kasumi was too much to handle so you dropped your controller (there is no other explanation!)🤣 Amazing video like always! Also, I wonder how many times you have said “kasumi is so cute”?
I know it's kinda late to be bringing this up but did you know joker's name Ren Amamiya means rain (from how you meet Ann and Ryuji) and his last name means palace(for obvious reasons)
I will say after watching your whole playthrough so far, one thing to note between base P5 and Royal is that it was almost impossible to romance Haru on your first playthrough (and even the second to some degree) purely because of how bogged down you were with other confidants, palaces and social skills. When Royal dropped they reworked the amount of time needed with confidants and social points required to level up your social stats to actually give you some breathing room so you didn't have to do a perfect run just to romance Haru.
