Aki, I have been watching your reciepes and videos for years now. You do a great job. Thank you for making this series around Greece! It makes me happy to watch beautiful sceneries and tasty Greek food, especially nowdays.. I am just curious if you made a video in Chalkidikii, I really love this part of Greece. Take care.

The food tour was awesome! Akis has really found the specialties of the regions - many things even Greek residents did not know. I can confirm that the bread of this bakery is very special, as is our Feta that is winning prices each year.

What a great episode! Who knew you could ski in Greece? The best part was the bread making, my father Vassilli Mavroupolos and his twin brother are bakers in Thesssloniki.🇨🇦🍾👏

So this is how Feta cheese is made! expensive outside Greece. I will try to make the quinoa & oats pudding, try a new way to cook quinoa the Fajita looks good, I think the only ingredients missing in the meat is Cumin, the main spice in Mexican cuisine.
