Might look like it at first glance. However, at that point his team had 2vs1 caps. Totally legit to go farming with a gunboat in this situation. Also contesting B would mean even more attention from the CV and Alaska radar, which means eating shit. Better take some enemie ships out. The loss was completely down to braindead teammates.

If he hadn't stayed at A to farm the Agir, that Agir would've pushed and killed the Brandenburg, capped A and crossfire into B.

Well I mean, his flank was litteraly AFK, he was the only one doing anything there.

@@solidtoto There were three other surface ships on his flank, and it's hardly like the Agir was doing anything either.

wow how dare he kill the enemy ships (one of the objectives of the game btw) instead of spotting (which he was because he was open watering against the agir) for his teammates (who were kiting into their spawn)????

Yeah, I love how Flamu is angry at his team while also not really doing objectives. Not shooting that Richelieu was a mistake. Wasting time on Ägir was a mistake. Also, telling the Brandenburg to go forward and then complaining when he gets torped. Not that I would do better at all though, so it is what it is.

@@kaspervestergaard2383 There's a big difference between theoretically knowing something and actually applying it. Also, I have the Power of Hindsight because I know how the Game played out. In my Case, I know what mistakes to avoid, and know how to spot them, but oftentimes I still make them because I end up being careless or too focused on a single thing. And the same thing applies here. While Flamu is a really good player and definitely much better then I am, he still makes mistakes. And being able to spot them doesn't automatically make you a better player then he is.

@@DerPolygonianer He had the power of hindsight too. He didn't say he made that mistakes after the game ended. Could be he was too proud to admit it, but he never commented that he could or should have done differently.

@@kaspervestergaard2383 He actually kind of did. He said that maybe he spent too much time on the Ägir. But also, he didn't have the luxury of watching the replay. I don't think he is aware of everything that happened like those that are watching the Video are. That just comes with having the time to concentrate on other things and maybe rewind while he has to keep other things in mind while playing.

Aki is easily one of the most terrifying t8 dds. Very much still worth it in 2024. She just struggles when max uptiered.
