This is something I've been planning on doing for years, I'm going to college after 3 months and have chosen mechatronics for my bachelor's and robotics for my master's to be able to contribute to building a city even more advanced than this in my home country in africa, Chad. But lately, many people have started setting their eyes towards africa, it seems I'm late so by the time I grow up, I wont have a chance at all.

Well it's sadly not realistic for the moment, Africa is so huge ... even in different countries but with the same ethnicity the hate between people is an everyday thing, like between Gabon and Equatorial Guinea, and inside a country like Cameroon the largest ethnicity group, the bantou people, kills Pygmy's tribes and still there land, there is also a lot off anger between Catholic country( like Cameroon, Rdc ) and Muslim country (like Senegal or Nigeria), between patriarchal state off mind where women has no power, no right's, no freedom and other older matriarchy state off mind were women are strong and respected (unlike in Nigeria where circumcision on women is still happening ). I absolutely love the idea but what other ideas are available financing? Are there any local entrepreneurs from any African country that is talking about similar investments? I don't know much about politics in Africa or other events so this is why I am asking. I had heard there were problems related to the investments from China so I am curious if there are any initiatives that do not rely on any foreign investors.
