Looking at Nigeria from abroad, it is incredible to see the nonsense our people tolerates from the government. It's like the average Nigerian believes that leaders are more Nigerian than they are. We still have *'authority worship syndrome'* in which leadership can use national wealth anyhow, without fear of reaction from citizens.
We Kenyans refuse to go more than 6 hours without power .This cannot continue we demand electricity or we will make the government pay for their unethical incompetences.
We haven't seen power for 3 weeks now and nobody cares or is asking questions especially this Christmas period. Nigeria leaders are bunch of useless and insensitive morons
Who are the "We" ? When there are lots of fools that still continue to praise the oppressors. I was wowed and kinda confused to see such a crowd in Akpabio stadium. And this is kinda happening everywhere. Can I conclude that Nigerians are not hungry, they're not worried about their future and that of their generation unborn. The wealth in Nigeria is for the oppressors, just fine your way round joining them is the game, and that's why Nigeria politics is a do or die. Nigerian have the best road network, healthcare system, booming agriculture, stable energy supply and great employment opportunities. Nigerians are happy with their oppressors, why should anyone complain 🙄 Well this is still difficult to conclude because we still have little percentage of fools praising the oppressors, no matter their number. The situation here is so so sad 😞
@kadaurathaddeus3059 What Kenyans don't understand is why Nigerians don't protest loud enough. We know Nigerians are can be loud when they have an issue. Why not use that "megaphone" for the good of u all? Wishing you all the best🙏 ❤️ from your🇰🇪brothers and sisters..
Loyalty to the individual rather than the country. Yet we think they are working for us. Nigerians are the afterthought of their politicians. I hope good men can come together to do something positively different and most importantly, I hope Nigerians choose to vote for candidates that don’t have money to throw around.
Thank you Adeola, you are a For real a True reflection of what true journalism is all about !!! I thank you for bringing these insensitive robbers call politician on the show , they have destroy that place I cry daily Adeola for that country ! Shame to Akpabio and his dead on arrival ambition! Osunmio
the zero emotional intelligence exhibited by Nigerian leaders is unbelievable. The most worrisome part for me is that the leaders come from the people and reflect whom the people are. The majority of the people will do the exact same thing maybe even worse. Sad stuff
Zero emotional intelligence from the leaders and complete zero anything from the people that's the biggest problem, our leaders are able to get away with all the nonsense because we let them
Gambians don't even know what he is doing. 2 terms down almost support barrow for what.? Adeola, you are so right about our disappointment , he is not going to leave
If Tinubu use his babalawo cap as the logo on the nigeria flag, and rename nigeria "The Islamic Republic of Jagabans" the stadium will be filled to capacity of people that will sing and dance. That is the Animal Farm you call nigeria. (n = negative) Thank you Adeola
There is absolutely no hope for this country as it stands. My advice to anyone who cares to listen is to move away if the opportunity arise😢😢😢...#shalom
Your advice is exactly what the corrupt leaders want. In Cameroon; Nigeria's neighbor, you can apply for a passport and have it within 24hrs - 48hrs. Apply for an ID card and you are not certain to have it in 5yrs. What does that tell you? I don't know about Nigeria but my conclusion is that corrupt leaders are happy to see any dissatisfied person leave the country.
... It shall be well... One africa.... Let me shock you..... I was born... Where villages in kenya did have electricity.... We had a our good old bad days as well.... Now even the poorest of villages (atleast 70 percent )kenya is lit... Time shall come.. Africa is rising
Adeola, this is the first time I will post on your platform. I have said it and keep on saying it that the nation should please divide or break up. We are being ruled by devils and wicked people who called themselves lawmakers. Very sad but I believed that God will see us through
Amen. Amen. Hopeful that God will see us through! Is there any existent law right now in Nigeria. From all indications, through all the ARMS of government, the constitution of Nigeria has been set aside.
Thanks Adeola for exposing our ala tenuje senators in Nigeria. They are not only corrupt and incompetent but also thoughtless people who don’t care about Nigeria and Nigerians. So Tinubu’s campaign song has now become the new national anthem 😢
The people complaining about the cost of living are the same people that filled that stadium up. Nigerians are not even close to ready for a turnaround. I just feel for the family of those who came out and got kïlled or permanently injured because all that was just a wasted sacrifice.
Seriously? How could you say that? Well, I believe you meant to say 30 thousands elites, syphoning the commonwealth of over 200 billions people, of course you should know that there most folks at the party were there on special invitations . Because for you to make the comment that it's same people complaining that attended the party shows you're disconnected from reality.
At this moment it’s too late for Nigerians my advice is any Lil opportunity you have try japa and never to come back I’m a Nigerian I know what I’m saying this devils inform of human calling themselves leaders will never change, wish we never had freedom 😢😢
Tell Akpabio to remember what happened to Ike Ekweremadu. And I blame the stupid ones that attended the stadium for the shameless birthday celebration.
I stay in Lagos and we have not had power supply in my area for a week plus. I spend at least 15k every week on fuel because that's how much i need to keep up with work. As we speak there is still no light so 24hours without power supply is nothing new.
It has got to a stage that any positive news about Africa, I look to watch and listen to the Presidents from Mali, Burkina Faso and other nations in Africa that are prioritising their people unlike the jokers and fools entertaining themselves at the expense of the people that they meant to serve.
I was surprised that all the pdp, LP &others senators stood with Apc . Nigeria is finished😢 😢, and as for Akpabio, he ended up in the emergency room after running round the stadium to impress, foolish idiotic fellow.
The power going off all the time really slows down things ( achieving your goals). It's like a game of hide-and-seek with creativity. Each time the lights go out, my drawings have to wait. But even in the dark, I keep going, sketching out my determination. ⚡🖌️ congratulation to Kenya, it's just 24 hours. It can be 24 days in my country.
@macanthony1982 I don't know if you are a Nigerian, but I will respond first as if you are a Nigerian. One, in the tail end of Buhari administration, he signed a bill into law deregulating electricity generation, transmission, and distribution. Now, state, local government, and even private industries can generate transmit and distribute power. Do not look in the direction of the federal government only. Two, electricity generation, transmission, and distribution is like producing a baby. The child is not born the same the day the parents met. It takes time. This government is only seven months in power. In all honesty, I think they need some years . They need time. I trust the Nigerian spirit. We did it with rice and cement production. We shall solve the electricity problem. If you are not a Nigerian, I have a simple answer. Leave us alone to solve our problems.
Forget the politicians for a while, what of the gullible masses that filled up fhe stadium singing his praise , none of them used the oppurnity to express their displasure at the government. The politicians has every right to continue with impunity because Nigerians are doing just fine as of now.
Came across amazing information or teaching or whatever you may call it. Absolutely revolutionary stuff for those spiritually inclined. Believers in Yahuah are supposed to be serious businessmen/traders/farmers. You should not tithe your salary, loan or for lack of a better word side hustles or boosters. Tithing applies to investment profits or extras. Shocking, yes? Tithe what has been INVESTED and GAINED/ MADE A PROFIT. Hence the term/word FIRSTFRUITS. You cannot have firstfruits of a loan or salary or a gift that you have just recieved. The monies unless invested have no profit yet. Shares, dividends, farm produce, business profits, that is what you tithe, lest you eat into your principle or capital and start from zero going backwards instead of forward.
Giant of Africa my foot!!...it's not by Size anymore, but by the positive development, which includes Togo and some other African countries. Those are Countries i refer to as Giant of Africa!
Kenyans taunting Nigerians😂😂 Hey Adeola, im a big fan of yours. Something is very wrong eith Kenya's power blackouts. 3 blackouts in 3 months! Clear and bufflong case of sabotage. Giant fmergency generstors at the msin airport failed to sutomatically start. Again! Heads have rolled but it didnt help. The country has digitized alot. The frustrated noise was justified. The energy is there, but...hacked system? ❤ from🇰🇪
They are all there to plead their allegiance to get their own share of the national cake. They don’t question how money is spent or if money is spent judiciously. Since Akpabio announced the money shared to the House of Representatives so they can enjoy the holiday showed he and the rest of them are not sensitive to the sufferings of the masses. It’s sad
Adeola, Thanks for speaking truth to Power. I am living in Bayelsa State. In part of Yenegoa, there was no power supply for over four months because a tipper vehicle rammed into some overhead pillars. So what do you say to that
All the signs that things would deteriorate were there right at the beginning of the year ( I am surprised that most people didn’t see this coming ) so I am not surprised at what is happening now . May the Lord have mercy on Nigeria and its people…
Well, I saw it, because of that a family friend of over thirty years insulted me,we haven’t spoken since February, she believed in a criminal becoming the president of Nigeria, now she and others can see what they have put us into.
