No charges will be brought against any of the officers, even though they shot over 60 rounds, they will deem it justified because of the pursuit and the shot fired from the vehicle. I actually encourage MORE shootings of this nature. If you brandish a gun or fire one during the commission of a crime, the penalty should be execution. It is the only way to deter gun violence and it immediately eliminates a threat to public safety.
I bet I can guess one of the Chiefs first questions. Why in the hell was a guy running around the city dressed in a ski mask and what was he planning on doing while wearing that ski mask. And then we put the gun into play. A ski mask and a gun??? What was to come? Had he already robbed someone? Had he already killed someone? These would be my questions.
My first question would have been: do you really expect people to believe he took the magazine out of the gun and took off his wedding band but left on the ski mask? What really happened?
because neither of those things matter, the only thing that would factor would be if he was on something that it factored into Mr. Walkers decision making, but like i said it has nothing to due with the validity of the shoot or investigation. Useless information and lines of questioning only slow the process and possibly distract from things that mattered in the investigation. Even if the gun was legally owned by Mr. Walker he still fired it while being pursued and just because a firearm is legal or not does not stop it from being a threat.
Gun’s legality is irrelevant. In Ohio you can legally carry a concealed or openly carry a weapon without a permit, HOWEVER, just having the loaded gun in the vehicle is Improper Handling of a Firearm in a Motor Vehicle, a felony. That law was NOT changed when Ohio expanded its gun laws. So regardless of the traffic or equipment citation, before he flees and regardless of ever shooting, he’s already looking at a jail term for just being in possession of the gun in the car.
I would have done the same exact thing the officer's did!!!!! A GOOD KID WOULDNT BE RIDING AROUND WITH A GUN AND A SKIMASK OR SHOOT AT OFFICERS TRYING TO PULL HIM OVER!!!!!!
Britania, when you say a good kid, do you mean someone whose white? Also, if the deceased had been white, would you still be comfortable with the end result?
i mean, I have a feeling that if more creeps wanna loot and riot, they'll be joining Jaland in taking the room temperature challenge. Lotta people armed up after the "mostly peaceful" Summer of "Love". Lotta people aren't gonna put up with it this time.
It's a Tragedy! I have 7 children. I will defiantly discuss this with them. Sometimes these young kids don't think. I do feel the shooting was way in excess so there is that. But we must educate our precious children on proper actions. Pull over. Hands on the wheel. Get ready to "man up and face the music". A cop pulled my kid out of the car one night and raged at him over excessive speed. My kid deserved it. I just wish you could make them listen at times. But their life is largely up to them.
"shooting was way in excess so there is that" what is the difference between taking 6-10 bullets center mass vs 60? more holes to patch up by the funeral home? dead is dead and training is training, they are not trained to shoot a few times, common knowledge for anyone who was watched dozens of bodycams, which you should before you form an opinion on why cops shoot the way they do.
@@jimrustle3321 Right on. I’m not exactly faulting the cops for it. It’s not like any of them took replacing magazines to keep shooting. It’s just a bad deal. It is what it is.
@@jimrustle3321 "Cops" shoot the way they do because they're "trained" that only they have a right to live, and "must go home" at the end of their shift, everyone else in the community be damned!! Fuck the road pirates!!
Are we looking at a potential suicide by cop? Nobody is celebrating this individual's death but the fact remains his actions the actions that he took led to his death.
my thoughts too. the wedding ring left behind is an interesting find, also that he took a shot while fleeing, but only one, and then left his gun behind. i wonder what his domestic life was like.
@@hum-dinger2453 You're a soulless scumbag celebrating someone's death. The only video shown is the last guy on the scene and the only evidence is the cops shooting the suspect. All other stated claims are not in the video. Funny how that works.
8 officers mag dumping into 1 man.60-90 rounds in a downward angle into a body and concrete? Can we say ricochet? 60-90 rounds bouncing off of the ground and flying wildly into the public. Can we also say excessive force? There is NO explanation,NO excuse,NO reason what so ever!
So wait. You're really going to try and tell people that he took the magazine out of the gun and took off his wedding ring in the middle of a car chase......how stupid do you take us for?
Very stupid. Most who buy this voted for Biden so it shows how dumb they are. They'll probably vote Democrat again so their destruction is complete. Wait until gas goes to $10 in NYC. Better get that pistol quick..
He may have not have had the ring on since his wife died a month ago and though the gun placing looks suspiscious it's his because he posed with the same Walther ppx on social media.
@@rong3378 no, I think he took it off. And then took the "fully loaded" (the cops words) magazine out of the gun because he knew he was about to die and wanted to show that the cops are just lieing.
And this happened because he didn't want a traffic ticket? Gee, I would rather take the ticket and go home. Not to mention that just because a person gets pulled over, that doesn't necessarily mean that they would actually get a ticket. Many times the person leaves with just a warning. Seems to me going home is much more appealing than going to jail, and especially dying is.
These are mama raised boys with no accountability. Im.from that community and this is what happens, they cant be men and deal with things. Its sad and no disrespect to anyone but the system aids thos behavior just ask and blk man that has sense.
Hard to believe.. but some dudes aren't real men who can just do the time... A lot of them are lil man babies who want to make a scene and run and endanger peoples lives before they go in... It's due to a lack of manhood in our society... Back in my day it was do the crime, do the time... Cop came up and just be like.. "ya got me, get the cuffs on, and shoot the bull on the way to the station, then when at the station... Don't say shit!"... 😂
@@Yournamehere1009 they're pawns being used in a political game. Social engineering is responsible for all of this mess. It was done intentionally. They're just collateral damage
Why did he flee? Why did he shoot? Why did he run? I'm not taking sides here, it's just that running from the cops is a bad idea. Not 90(or how many)rounds bad but still it never has a good ending. The gun still in the car is similar to a PIS here in Chicago. When the foot chase started the perp had a gun. During the chase he dropped the gun. When cornered he turned, appeared to reach for the gun and was shot and killed. Again as is the case here where the gun was left in the car how do the cops know he is no longer armed?
Killer of 4 cops and the police dog ta Ken into custody unharmed Please google that or YT it and tell be why white mass murderers mostly are taken into custody and not riddled with holes
When your life is on the line you don't have time to second guess your self , if someone makes movements that look like a lethal threat you must react i a manner to protect your self.
But he was a good boy, had a gun, shot out of the drivers door, runs looks like if he was reaching for his gun the way he turned towards the police... But he was a good boy... Stop dreaming or wishing... He had plenty of time to stop and surrender...
