Really excited for the detailed CETME video. Ive got 10 of the damn things I need to put together but ive been holding off on them as I gather knowledge and tools. Ive got the tools, now I wait for the knowledge via your videos. Reading only gets me so far lol
I bought a ISD Bulgaria 74 kit from Atlantic firearms a year and half ago it was a box of rusted out disappointment nothing was usable, whoever used the torch cut, melted the fuckin front trunnion and gas block had holes from rust, the front sight post was rusted out, the bolt and carrier was only thing usable and furniture I kept those for another build for future thing I used bulgy 74 bolt and carrier in my Riley 74
As a recent owner of the PSA AK75/101...running into cycling issues with less than 300 rounds...another RU-vidr was seeing the same thing. IF I could find a parts kit to make a 5.56 AK I would...but parts kits are so rare now :(
@@BabyFaceP I'm having either a Gas as in undergassed...or an extractor issue. I figured it was gas as I went through a large assortment of brass 5.56, .223 and found that the malfunctions happened when I used Norma or ZSR. @Nperez1986 dude you're not alone. I recently bought one of their 102's out the box would not cycle any of my 556( m855 m193 Hornady match etc.....) sent it back. Got it back then it started to pop primers.... sent it back and just asked for my money back
The somogear PEQ15s suffer from their IR Illuminator flood adjustability. Your options are either narrow, or waaaay too narrow when it comes to adjusting the beam. Hopefully their new NGAL coming out addresses this chief complaint. I had the older NGAL from them with the fixed illuminator and that illuminator was basically useless because of how tight the beam was.
I have read that you can take it apart and shorten the threads which allows the illuminator to adjust more making it less useless. You should see my FP Dbal-a2.. it suffers from the same issue.
Idk if u have thought of making a rumble channel but it would help for all the building videos and they wont bann no mater what u post and its a mobil app that is becoming popular which would allow it to be easier for mobile user to watch as well as support
I would say try out the Peq 15 clone from Somogear. It's for "airsoft" but I've seen some pretty solid reviews on it from people using them on real steel. I think Brass Facts did one, too
@@Trigger_Slap I personally like Socom black. It's not too glossy and has the tiniest bit of grey in it. Spray it thin and build up the color then bake it.
