This is the last video that I upload from the series of my travel to Ghana in 2024 and it is a collaboration that we made with Akubire Matthew and Nyaaba Apole in Akubire's song "Danja miasi se oniame dowo". It is a song that we played all together during my trip to Ghana and that I freely/partly translated in my own language, Greek, using the form of traditional poetry "mantinada".

Akubire Matthew (Knock the door) is a talented kologo artist from Pogmolgo Sirigu, Upper East, Ghana. He is known and loved by the people in his area, for his energetic performances, uplifting and meaningful songs. Since a couple of years, he has been joining King Ayisoba and playing in many venues all around Ghana, as well as TV shows and radios. His songs are in his mother tongue fra-fra, also in Twi, the Ashanti language as well as english. Akubire used to be a vulcanizer in Sirigu and play his music aside for many years. Recently he has been living solely out of music. His dream is to play in Europe, America and all over the world. If you would like to invite him you can contact him on this number.
