I just discovered Akwaboah and I can’t believe what I have missed out on. His entire catalog on Spotify, especially this song and Ensesa, have been on repeat for two days now. Hye me bo’s transition into reggae just does something to me. Of course, Akwaboah’s soothing ballad is magical. I don’t understand the words but your songs resonate with me, Akwaboah. From your No. 1 Nigerian fan 🇳🇬 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬
This man is a national treasure. The modulation and arrangement in this song is beyond this generations absorption & consumption. One has to be a music guru to understand what this guy entails. I pray our paths cross one day man. CBurn ft Akwaboah. I love this tune man🔥.
LORI'S WORLD if there was a love button for ur comment I'd hit it... growing musicians are inspired by these likes that good quality music is still here...the chord structure.. the lyrical arrangements... truly Grammy standard...
Pay attention to me. U dont need award to prove how talented u r. Ur lyrics, ur style, arrangements and the General craft motivateds me. U r a legend and u dont need awards to know that.
To compose a song like this man, I guess it took a whole week or a month.. or even a year .. the drums are so smooth... lyrics on point. The kinda songs can stand the test of time.. in 10-20years this song can still be played and would make sense ... Music is really food for the soul .. Good work Bro.
True bro all those noise maker musicians take some few days to write their songs but songs like this need about some months to write and arrange the instruments

This man needs better appreciation for sticking to our rich style of music. I would listen to this in ten years time and still feel the magic of the song.
As a music lover, I feel this is one the best secular Ghanaian songs. We need real music (with beautiful progression) not the easy ones out there with the same afrobeat style.
Akwaboah is more than what we think he is. He has more in him than what we think.. There's always something entertaining, emotional, life experiences, reality, true life activities in his songs... His songs never get boring...kudos and much love bro...
always never understand the lyrical contect of akwaboah but i love his vocals, rythm and his talent..... he is a great talent from ghana much love from in Uganda
This song deserves the award for the category it was nominated....listen to instrumentals, storylines, words of wisdom, graphics of the video, the content the video puts across.....in fact this is a masterpiece bigups to sarkcess music and akwaboah music🙌🙌 #stilllisteningin2k19
I Always Play this song over and over again What a talent!!? God bless you Akwaboah 👌👌 Thumb up 👍👍🤘 Keep it up dude ☝☝ Another kojo Antwi Voice.. lyrics.. video.. all on top 👊👊👊
I wonder why Ghanaians are under rating this guy... He is true definition of talent... Akwaboah don't give up... One day ur hard work is going to pay off.... ✌
Such a piece of Art work is left here?....I really appreciate how the lyrics dipicts the fears and uncertainty a MALE AFRICAN can go through in the search of true Love! All we hear are young boys singing about their toasting ladies to win their "Love"... Once again this is a piece of art Akwaboah Jnr 👌🏾❤️
I can’t have enough of this record, it’s a classic tune. Never measure your worth by just the numbers but by the hearts your good music wins. #MattersOfTheHeart ampa
The same thing I have been saying. I won't discredit other songs from de other musicians but de thing is Ghanaians are just sleeping on this guy n I can't understand why. This is pure RnB talent.
Akwaboahs song should be having more views than this by now. Ghana we have one of de very best male vocalist in this country but yet very underrated. Akwaboah should be rubbing shoulders with de ed sheerans and de likes but even we de Ghanaians don't give him de needed support. We can do better my country men. Big ups de great akwaboah for this master piece.
I cant explain how I feel everytime I listen to this song. It has a Kojo Antwi feel to it and the lyrics is everything. In this world of trends I'm not surprised a classic and different sound is left unnoticed. I like it this way. True people know quality music not those that follow whatever is in trend. Akwaboah, the first time i heard your voice I knew you were something special and unique.
This is the music that will win awards accross the world but as ghanaians we dont regard this guy while he is the new generation of highlife ...even the msg in this vid is lit😘😘😘me will continue to rate this guy i love u regardless Akwaboa
This song is very rich in its Lyrical content as he tells the usual story in a much intelligent and musically inclined way. I love the video, as it clearly depicts the good old days of Ghana in the late 60's and 70, the custumes, settings and scenes in this video is very rich as it takes you back to this time# Even the Mercedes Benz, and it's registration number as well as the bag the lady put in the trunk of the car at the beginning of the video is very well done# will rate this video with 5 stars# Good work to Akwaboa and his team# Go higher
Dammmmmmn!..I normally don't get touch by songs but men I couldn't resist this track..Pure Talent on display..Composition..Lyrics..Video..Message..Everything on point..The reggae ending just blew me off..Hands down for Akwaboah..Sarkcess!
This is an amazing rendition by Akwaboah, this song has been playing in my car over and over and over again just cant get tired of it.....that's what happens when u are raised by a Legend. Thanks buddy for this one.
I've listened to song on and off since it was released; I enjoyed it cos it was just a beautiful song but today a year later, I actually understood what he was saying and it hit a little close to home. Just amazing
