here are some favorite big band/foxtrot songs in my opinion guilty - al bowlly stardust - artie shaw so tired - russ morgan parvanne - glenn miller my blue heaven - glenn miller nightmare - artie shaw my baby knows how! - ben selvin the shepherd leads the sheep back home - nat shilkret music mistro, please - al bowlly
They are from my collection that come from various sources including some CDs but I've enhanced the sound dramatically now you can actually hear the instruments in all their glory and of course Als voice in all its richness. Some may dislike the way I've tampered with the sound but I think Al and the other band leaders would love it. I mean what musician wouldn't want to hear their music to the best sound possible?I'm sure they wasn't happy hearing their great master pieces being ruined by all that crackle and his etc lol 🎶🔊🎧😁👍
@@thegoldenageofalbowlly2759 The crackle and whatnot depends on the record condition. Back in the day, 78's wouldn't have had that crackle and hiss that comes with age and use. I do think they would love to hear their music like this, that's something I do agree on for sure!
There is always a reason to be thankful for bringing Al Bowlly, this time with the Ray Noble Orchestra and with another beautiful song. God bless you all and take care. P.S.-I can't believe that after five months, right now I have had to modify the name "Noble" that was written wrong. I just fixed it, but it has been happening that the system changes many of the words I write, sometimes even for words that make no sense, for which I must keep reading until the last moment, and even so it can fail. But I'm truly glad to hear this song today again. November 13/2020.
govinda 102000, "many years ahead." You said it! Wow, that lush orchestra sound, elegant Ray Noble and the amazing tone, phrasing, and presentation by Al Bowlly! Not to mention Harry Berly's violin solos - he reminds me of two greats, Venuti and Grappelli. This music just grabs my heart!
