As a Bucks fan before the injuries I said many times that "Big AL" was going to be the X-factor if they played The Bucks. He is build prefect to counter Giannis and if he was still able to show up in games I would have been worried , Proz would have been broken by Giannis.
@@cvgodd1432 I think you misunderstood, I wrote it sloppy. I was saying that for people that thought Porzingis was going to be able to be a large factor in how Boston handled Giannis and the Bucks. He wasn't , Giannis would have bullied him. He is isn't getting hurt by running into player's , he was playing with muscle spasms all year and because of how the season was going he had to push it just for wins. The first half the regular season he was having to play like it was the post season.
Imagine going 8-2 in your last ten games and being told that you're not doing enough. Any other team in the NBA that did exactly the same thing, in exactly the same way and they would be praised for not playing down to their competition. I understand that you have to have a storyline but don't make sh!t up to create one. Just my personal opinion though.
And it was for business purposes. Go watch both game 2 and tell me Celtics were trying lol. They lost on purpose to end it in Boston so the owner can make his money!
@@mimosajd That's what I was thinking. We all want to play that kind of game when Dad's in the stands. Football Coach G. in 1969 seriously delighted my father with the unprompted comment, "Hard-nosed kid" when he heard the name. "Hard-nosed" in 1969 meant essentially "stud." You might be just one of many guys with that attribute on the team, but no one was going to deny your worthiness, so it was at the time a meaningful designation And, given that in years past he surely had questions about just what he DID have on his hands in this odd duck of an athletic boy with the sensitive soul, it must have been half soul-balm for the top-notch work at parenting and half shot of pride at the well-rounded teen who seemed to be congealing nicely. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I could spent the rest of my time here thanking my father for everything and it would not be sufficient. Because when I subtracted everything I stole outright or adapted from his person or persona, there wasn't enough "me" left worth talking about.
