You clearly didn't see the full game and only the highlights. Inter Miami were the ones who kept doing fouls after fouls and no cards. The referee team was so fucking biased towards them, so many mistakes. It was ridiculous.
SPL is so entertaining bro you have to watch games before you pass a judgement.. high scores, upsets, golazoos, tactics,... it's not premier league for sure but given the time of the project they have come a long way
The only entertaining games are when the top 4 teams play each other since they were the teams allowed to spend the big money, the rest of the league's quality is poor.
The fact that inter miami "fans" are shocked at this result is just proof that they never knew anything about the sport other than messi's name and that was always and only for the clout 😂
@@crow_g1639if it's about the league itself, I'd say it more competitive than SPL, SPL's top 4 teams are way stronger than the rest of the league because of the amount of money they were given by the government to spend, that creates an imbalance in the league, which makes it not competitive. Al Hilal won a game by 9 - 0 against one of their bottom teams. In MLS the top teams don't trash the bottom teams like that, which makes the league more competitive because of the balance. SPL top 4 > MLS top 4, but MLS > SPL as a whole because there isn't a major difference between quality amongst the teams.
Great review. I think you’re right, the mls in terms of quality is not the same level with the Saudi league. It was nice for the fans see and this happened when both hilal & Al nasrr were missing huge quality players as well. Ofcs, there’s a big debate when it comes to entertainment 😅
I think Cristianos team and saudi are trying to build something; mls is too, but miami is just focusing on making money off of messi, and just letting him bring his homies to the team and enjoy life in miami; and this match shows it
I believe the problem is the coach. Martino should coach a second division team, or college. I know he did well at Barca but anyone could of done what he did with that team at the time.
The Leagues Cup was made to promote Messi’s move to Miami & MLS. Liga MX teams were robbed out that tournament. I have no doubt Liga MX will compete alot better and get their revenge this time around
As a MLS fan this was painful but a beat down like this needed to happen to show the mls executives that the league has come a long way but there is still a long way to go. Even the Miami owners had to know this was likely to happen going against a team that has 10-12x the payroll as theirs. When you have defenders like N. Allen making 87k annually against 20-30 million dollar strikers, what di you expect to happen. I give credit to the Miami owners to be the sacrificial lambs to show the mls executives they need to push past excepting mediocre. The league is no longer on deaths doorstep, almost all the teams have their own stadiums, great facilities, good fan bases and even their own academies. A good foundation has now been built, it's time to start building up. This shows that Miami and a few other newer owners are pushing and pleating with some of the older cheaper owners to step up or move on. Even 4-5 million more allowed would allow for 3-4 one million dollar competent defenders that would make a big difference. They don't need to splash cash like Saudi, but even the 4th best N.American NHL has a salary cap of 86 mil. That salary there with the 3 dps would be a very interesting and competitive league.
Bro the most expensive striker in that line up was taliscka (9m salary) the rest are Al Nassr's academy young players.. 7 key players and starters were missing 6 players are team B
My mistake, I was only going off of capology, which says 26 million for Laporte. And yes I know he's not a forward. I guess 7-9 million is much closer to 87k. My point though, is that this is a MLS self imposed issue. It's not like some some country that doesn't have money, they have just artificially made an absurdly low cap, only allowing 10 million, including TAM and GAM money.
@@TheghostMaBarabiLaporte, Otavio, Brozovic, Telles were literally starting? Laporte and Brozovic 24Mil, and Otávio 13Mil. The academy players didn’t played until the 80th minute.
