I have been disappointed with the folks who are on podcasts these days. My podcast is historical, but many folks are not interested in African American history unless it is presented scandalously. It is time for more African American podcast content that is uplifting, inspiring and educational.

I quit my job in 2015 on my birthday and shifted careers. I had a big party that weekend and announced it as we pregame. It was an awesome celebration. I didn't tell another soul until months later as I worked through my transition. So many of us are shifting over the next few years. We are all getting into position for the new world. Keep going and growing Al!!

Al be very careful with that . I lost a very good friend with that issue. He also traveled a lot mostly long flights like from NY to Africa. He was a health freak and totally shocked me this could happen to him. He was in his mid 40's at the time. Slow it down and get a thorough check and move around on these long flights. I will say I like your idea of people calling in to ask questions. This will increase your viewership. People in the comments love when they are called upon to speak or when you announce their comment. Many people that go live simply ignore the comments and deliver their content and many folks don’t like that.

The Lead Attorney talks about celebrity court cases that don't apply to his viewers.......A show that takes legal questions from everyday people is GENIUS!!! Take care of yourself Al...get that cardio exercise in and eat healthy. Practice healthy sex habits too..... unfortunately many diseases including STDs can lead to blood clots too

Al you said you only missed one day of work since you been working at TEAGIF and that was because you were suspended for one day. People don't listen carefully and they are trying to confuse you in hopes that you will admit to being suspended or tell if TEAGIF is really not coming back. I think they were trying to figure out WHY he was suspended for that one day. He brought it up. The audience didn't know but then he skipped over the question to address or add context

Al be safe. I have blood clots and I have family in different corners of the world. Australia and the middle east. Compression socks, loose clothing and sandals are my friends. I've lived with these since 2011.
