Great work as usual. Shocked by how vanilla Ohio State played defensively (their usual cover1 and cover3). They had no shot defending Alabama by doing that. It was like taking candy from a baby for Alabama.

If you could zoom back in time and be the defensive coordinator for Ohio State in this game, what defense would you have called off your play sheet? This was one of the most Clinic RPO RU-vid videos I've watched and it was in a playoff game. I kind of poo poo RPOs but I guess this video has me rethinking.
If you’re going to place your Safties that high in the zone then your Safeties better damn sure be able to run REAL fast ... Against a good Offense that can run the RPO
I think it is going to be a really good transition. The young QB they have will be a good fit and they will have enough skill guys to make it go. Obviously going from the best Oline in the country to the one at Texas will determine how good it really is. I know Texas will have skill guys, but up front will determine how far they are able to take it.
