Again, Dega was louder but that's to be expect from size. However, Asu was well balanced here and out played Dega( I didn't expect Asu to but they did). I thought it was going to be a blasting battle but Asu opted out and went for musicianship instead, but were still powerful. That's why the majority is giving them the win.
@@prettyrickyv1 I know this is old but How were they more balanced with NO f horns and hardly any trumpets unless it was the firsts trying to take somethin up? How did was Dega "outplayed" and lips went out halfway during the battle (watch pt. 2 especially) and clearly couldn't do on them horns what Dega did section for section, nor had the endurance to do it? How is it "blasting" if both bands are playing loud, because Dega is actually AGGRESSIVE? How is it more "musicianship" if both bands are playing the same type of structured arrangements (both had straightforward average difficulty arrangements)? How is more powerful with no high brass and sometiming tubas, and less volume on top of that? Majority is giving State the "win" because they don't like Dega. They know CLEARLY they didn't actually take a W in this battle lol . Stop the cap so the band world can continue to progress. People just wanted someone to best Dega so bad, and it definitely didn't happen this day
