I rented a mustang convertible from Alamo in Orlando back in 2021. The funny thing was, there was also a Camaro coupe parked next to the one I picked up which I thought was weird they parked a non convertible car next to a convertible class vehicle.
Great video. Kind of getting back to your roots. Where are the cars from your thumbnail photo? They looked interesting. Too funny when the alarm went off, talk about timing. I don’t know if I’d rather take the Navigator or the Grand Wagoneer. Thanks
I drive at the Phoenix rental car center that'd be tight to see you. I move over a hundred cars a day, and a question a day keeps the doctor away(so lame it's great), I like answering customers questions. That would be tight to run into you I doubt it though haha. Being over all the cement and getting in the hot cars in summer really bother some people. I'm used to being in an oven though.
Great video! I am coming from the UK 17th August I am booking a Jeep Wrangler or similar. Does anyone know what would actually fall under the 'similar' car type? I can just see me paying more when I arrive if I don't get a wrangler as I really want to try one hhaa
Nice! Interesting they have a lot of Voyager and Pacifica minivans. Also surprised they didn’t park the Sienna’s next to the Pacifica’s. I take it Alamo has now retired the Grand Caravan from their fleet since your last Alamo vlog from MCO?
Does B Side have any more of a selection? would be arriving into Terminal C with British Airways, not sure whether to book a larger SUV or Full Size car
Luxury SUV LFAR next month in MIA. The Infiniti QX80 has bad reviews and the people dont like it... is it really that bad and what else could be available? Had an Armada last year and it was really heavy on the fuel.
Hi mate great video. Im going in July and have rented through Alamo at MC0, I've gone for a premium pick up, what would you recommend out of the trucks there?
Thanks for the info… which vehicles are considered premium crossover for Alamo and what could happen if you take a different one (better one) “by mistake”??
You have to go to the exit gate to check out before leaving with the vehicle. The employee at the gate will confirm your reservation in addition to having the right class vehicle or give you the option to either return it and pick a different vehicle or be charged the difference. They’ve got this figured out to a science so you can’t play the “I didn’t know BMW doesn’t fall under economy” card.
Hi can you confirm that there were Toyota highlanders within in the SUV section? If that is a yes, would that be a standard SUV or premium crossover since that would have more than 5 seats?
Wow... good catch! I filmed a Hertz location but haven't published the video yet. Actually it might even be the MCO location where it was like a time machine of cars still being rented that went out of production 2, 3 or 4+ years ago! LOL. I'm trying to remember some of them. But it would be like the Ford Flex or maybe even a Fusion.
@@CarRentalGuy haha I’m an enterprise employee and that doesn’t surprise me! A couple of months ago we had a 2020 Fusion at our store and that those haven’t been in production in 4 years.
