I have never heard of such outrageous behavior by a criminal court judge in modern times. Apart from the bias, which I've monitored over the trial, the man seems mentally and emotionally unbalanced and shouldn't be in such a position. He should face disciplinary action and there should be an investigation of the whole NY judicial system.

It probably does involve much of the NY system, at least regarding political cases. It seems to be widely agreed upon by those who know the system well. Cities run by democrats for decades have become this way. Ask those who have lived there. If President Trump is found Not Guilty will the Judge be able to throw out the Verdict and impose his own? If it is a Hung Jury will the same Judge proceed over the next if there is one? Could the Judge be removed if there is a second Trial?
