Can Alan promise to evaluate the judgements debt, That any company that engages in Government contracts or supply must commit sign a waver that no foreign entity is allowed to sue in a foreign court , there would only be arbitration no money would be paid in foreign currency and taxes would also be deductible then the rest would be paid to the beneficiaries.
