I met Lenny NWo f Toronto in 1979 with my Dad and brother at a shop called "Records On Wheels" for an album signing and meet and great. It was advertised properly so the shop was more or less empty,so we talked to him for about an hour, he was answering ore studio questions.Hes a super nice guy!👍
This was so great!! I had never seen this before. I had goosebumps just from the energy you could still feel from this! Amazing. Lenny was one of the best singers for this group.

During this period, he contributed to the hits "Games People Play" (1981), "Time" (1981), "Eye In The Sky" (1982, achieved a number 3 placing on the American Pop Charts) and "Don't Answer Me" (1985). i think they were excited, nervous ( a wee little bit) after all this was their first live gig!! this is one of those bands after two plus years cooped up penned up all due to covid-19 + all variants I JUST MIGHT BRAVE A CONCERT TO SEE THIS GROUP/ ARTISTS and that is a very very short list of who i would brave the crowds for, stay safe all and relax enjoy all this safely near your equipment radio etc....peace to all

My children are in college and as an Empty Nester appreciate that we (my X-wife and I) have endured challenges to encourage them and FINALLY Achieve Freedom, to start a New Beginning... This was (and prob will be) the one and only "official" concert with the band performing under the title "The Alan Parsons Project'. (Parsons has played since with other lineups, but this is really the one true performance they put on)

If it wasn’t for the keyboard player Alan Parsons himself the band wouldn’t even exist he wrote all songs , he was the engineer for Pink Floyd ,among other bands. The guy is a genius
Turn Of A Friendly Card was my soundtrack driving to and From Mount Union College to visit my one true love (She sadly passed away in September of ‘21😢) back in 1980-81....this song has such special meaning. Thanks so much for posting!!

When was this? I've never seen a live APP performance with the original album session musicians. Looks like mid to late 80s. Was Eric there? Didn't see him.
