Just listened to it again for the 3rd time on its premiere day. I know that Alan Parson would appreciate your cover. You guys did a great job ! This has always been one of my favorite songs and i absolutely love what you did with it! The awesome guitar solo at the end was my favorite part !

I always welcome Fleesh Versions with open ears, but there are some that are extra special. "Eye in the Sky" might have been the last new release that I purchased as a record (already had a demo CD unit on loan for a couple weeks - with one demo CD :). As so much of progressive rock had faded away, APP hadn't changed much. This song's grooves had a stylus dragged through it quite a lot more than the others, though. My son was only a few months old, and this song took my imagination a half century into the future - when I'd be old and wise. 42 years went by in the blink of an eye, and this powerful song returns anew - at precisely the moment I needed it back. Dear friends, perhaps you have an Eye in the Sky. Thank you so much for this incredibly precious version. In every way imaginable, you breathe life into these versions! 🔥

@@FleeshOfficial Ah, I need to leave such a comment on another version that was one of the first I heard. So many memories are bonded to music, and all of those songs gain emotional depth from the association. I feel not just what the notes evoke or the words describe, I also feel the weight (or the lift) of the context of my life when the song embedded in my brain. It works the other way, as well. Simply ruminating on memories associated with songs will trigger the jukebox in my head. Annoyingly, however, it never plays whole songs - just gets stuck in short loops. It's actually only been a little over 41 years, but... Many things have changed recently, and I'm not sure how everything will land - I only know the plan :). My son has an integral role in that plan. This version came out of the blue, but the timing (for me) is incredible. It feels like reassurance. I'll tell you something else: the two of you don't just produce beautiful music; you are two extraordinarily beautiful people.

「old and wise」は若いころよく聞いてました。今はとても年取ったけど、この曲を聴くと40歳くらい若帰った気分になりますねぇ。叶わなかったけど、夢を追いかけていたなぁ。懐かしいなぁ。 I used to listen to "old and wise" a lot when I was young. I'm very old now, but when I listen to this song, I feel like I'm about 40 years younger. Although it didn't come true, I was chasing my dream. It's so nostalgic. Thank you for your wonderful song and performance.

absaloutly beautifully done. the vocals are just perfect with a beetiful tone and the multi-talented guy is amazing. i love it when he replaces wind instrument with lead guitar (like in night in white satin). you guys have old souls, not just 80s music but julia's dream from late 60 and musical box from early 70s. how?! and dont tell me you play the drums too!? 😆👍👍 welldone
