Hi, sorry to be an uber-Bond-nerd here, but although you're right about Fiona Fullerton and A View To A Kill, in the opening scene of The Spy Who Loved Me, Barbara Bach is the other agent, who's in bed with some other dude. In the log cabin, James Bond is 'necking' 😂 with Sue Vanner, which is where he puts on his ski suit. She says 'But James, I need you!' and he says 'So does England' One day I'll find a use for my next level useless Bond trivia
"Stop getting Bond wrong." Alan. Bonds ski suit was yellow at a push lemon, but the "shits" were in black ski suits with RED not lemon piping. Inexcusable.
What I find funny and interesting is that when Alan says “do you wanna hear some more?” It cuts straight to them watching the Strongest Man video, but that appears to be nighttime, whereas his demo was during the daytime. So he must’ve continued the rest then lol
It's INSANE that Coogan wrote "a man from The Onedin Line" when Kim Fortune (who plays a DIFFERENT officer from the British submarine in TSWLM) was in an episode of The Onedin Line. If you weren't sure whether or not Steve Coogan is a massive nerd, there you go.
In fairness he doesn't actually say she was in The Spy Who Loved Me. Yes he says it as he went to out the video in, but he had planned to marathon the whole series of movies, so he could have been saying it as a generally thing ie "Five minutes ago I was planning on beginning my marathon of the Bond films, including my favourite scene where Roger Moore gets with Fiona Fullerton in A View To A Kill, now I have to watch a giant Michael Bolton lookalike in a tight vest throwing an oven over bales of hay". That's the way I heard it anyway.
On an episode of Graham Norton Judi Dench asked if Moonraker was the one where the big space ship eats the little space ship. of course I yelled at the telly!
@@benjaminperez7328 Marvellous, Benjamin, I don't know why I didn't think to search it. By way of thanks, a trivia bonus: one of the sailors playing chess is Boba Fett.
