I made the grave mistake of picking up every collectible I came across on my first play through feeling confident enough I remembered where they were from the original 360 game. I missed just 4 thermoses, 2 chests and 3 signs. Your guide help me finish them off.
Thank you so much for this amazing guide. Well done! Words can't express how helpful it is. You deserve more views and likes, that's for sure. Would you mind if I used this video as a reference for my Alan Wake 100% trophy/achievement guide? Of course, I'll give credit to you - would it be enough to mention you? - for the most elaborate Alan Wake collectibles guide I've ever seen on RU-vid. I'll be grateful if I get your permission. Have a great day.
Hey, I'm glad the guide was of so much help! Sure, you can use it in your guide, just make sure people know where the video came from and can reach it through a direct link if they wish to do so. Thank you for the compliment and for asking permission!
@@MinimalGameGuides Done. I've shared a direct link to the video in my guide so that people can get instant access to it. Needless to say, I've provided more information about your contributions to my work; your nickname has also been indicated properly. Thank you once again for your dedication. Keep on keeping on!
My savefile got corrupted in the middle of Episode 5 with 100% of all collectibles up to that point, but I was luckily able to just restart Episode 5 and still have all of the collectibles. That gave me a good shock ngl
The same thing happens at the whole first DLC (I dont know about the second one YET) and the whole "Night Life in Bright Falls" Part of Episode 5 .-. if you leave, you have to restart the entire first DLC.
@@BradyPartain Do a nightmare difficulty run because you can't get Nightmare Pages on Normal. And... Normal and Nightmare feel like literally the same except the enemies' shields take more time to burn away. And the DLCs are (in my opinion) even better than the main game. But they are a bit different too... (I dont want to spoil anything) +The savefile glitch happens consistantly if you don't have a up-to-date graphic card driver. (Idfk why)
So I'm currently stuck on Anderson farms for collectibles. I'm trying to pick up coffee thermos #58 we're the 2 possessed barrels are and no matter what I do, every time I pick it up it doesn't count. Still says I have 57 thermos and not 58. Anybody else having this problem or can anyone help me figure out why it's happening?
Are you sure you finished the Cauldron Lake Lodge section with 57 thermos? Maybe you missed a previous thermos and didn't realize? So #58 is indeed your 57? It's the only thing I can think of, sorry. Haven't heard of a similar bug so far :/
@@MinimalGameGuides yep 100% sure, I have 57 when I restart the checkpoint, I always double check picking up collectibles because when it first came out in 2010 it had similar issues with collectibles. Every time I pick up 58 it just doesn't count, the manuscript before it works fine. I've honestly lost all motivation to go through the rest of the game until I can find a solution 😔
You only need to shoot 5 of the 12 for an achievement/trophy, but since those pyramids are also tracked in the stats page, some people might want to get all of them if they're completionists.
I'm so miserable right now... i ended up at 100# coffe thermos and i must have died before reaching some checkpoint and missed 1, i mean its one and i don't have a clue...
