This is my favourite Happy Waves episode!! I am so inspired by how motivated, positive and generous both of you are. I love seeing what you eat in a day and find that your gym workouts really motivate me to exercise and make the most of my day. This is my favourite episode of happy waves because I was down at bells beach and got to watch jack surf this year! It was so cool to get down there and chill on the sand during the heats, and then watch this episode and get to see what you guys got up to in Torquay because it’s such a beautiful spot! 😊

bit random but just letting you know biocups are biodegradable and made from plants (referring to the smoothie cups you had). so if you cut them down and pop them in a compost they will break down! pretty cool :) thanks for your vids. peace and love to your fam
