I love how he even included Alannis's accent? resonance? inflection? texture? (I'm not sure what word I'm looking for, the way she sings) into the video. The subtle yet intentional detailing makes it all the better!! Bravo!!! 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👍👍👍👍

I absolutely love and I have watched every single one of your parody videos ever since the first one you ever did but I think this has got to be one of the best if not the best. I also love the longer behind the scenes footage. Penn, your voice that is unadulterated with any effects is amazing! I mean I love the effects but really, it doesn't need any. The "You ought to know" one reminded me of the time I was an au-pair, and made up a rewritten version of Biggie Smalls-Hypnotize, which was basically about the kids making a big mess while eating. I guess the bigger kid must have liked my version of the song, because she started singing it to her dad one day, who was very confused.

Penn is such a good writer, that muted, by the second line, I knew which song it was and I could "hear" him singing it in my mind. My husband also creates epic re-writes to songs, it's high-larious! He doesn't record them, or anything, but it's so funny. Kim and I are lucky ladies to have creative husbands who can make us laugh!
