Live and learn.. Love to see the good and the bad. Next time you drill with the big bits, pull them back out every inch or so to clear the wood chips. Your drill and drill bit will thank you! Keep up the great work and content!

Now add some 4x6"s alongside your uprights, 8' tall and frame in a roof structure so the steps are protected during the winter. A Covered stair can prevent a fall and a broken hip. Not to mention you wont be doing as much shovelling.

Thanks for the comment. We are definitely looking into covering the stairs. 😊

Hey just a suggestion add more solar panels and also add wind power for if you have no sun

My loving the videos great job just a suggestion in the future or if you're able to get something not to do videoing on phones cuz they're not really designed to do that but anything Sony like Sony zv1 awesome for blogging and videoing great for photos Sony has so much more options than any other camera out there and more lens options and everything also Osmos 4 instead of the GoPros have problems with overheating and a lot of other problems and then there's also the DJI stuff you got the 360 which is great for doing a lot of stuff plus you can strap it to like the riding lawn mower with the staff that you have on it and you can attach it to it everything is really cool it's a lot of attachments and stuff

Seems like the rocks would have buried down into the base with rain and driving on it making the drive even better and much less work.

I would have left that "Pistachio" landing out and just continue the steps down. That will always be a joint that moves now, not as stable as it would have been if it was just one continuous 4" X 4" post on each side.

I think the 4th of July in Seward is the largest swell in population. Seward has a population of about 3,000 and for the 4th of July celebration it swells to many times over 40,000 people. Thanks for taking us on your trip to the Ninilchik Salmon Fest. So many food vendors. How can you pick? Great job on the reconstruction of your stairs and landing. Looks so much better and I bet you feel safer.

I'm watching you work on those stairs and for the life of me I can't figure out why someone would build stairs out side is n a environment that is as cold and unforgiving when they could have built compleatly I closed stairs I know I wouldn't want to have to use those stairs when the snow and ice flys

If you ever expect to have a successful chanel, you have got to keep at least the weekly videos coming or else your viewers will stop looking for new videos. They will stop taking an interest. Thanks.
