On the video it looks like you are burning very close to trees. I would worry about catching the trees on fire, especially if the spruce flares up so much. Glad you made it home with no more problems.

Thank you for sharing your videos. During the 1960's around the time of the earthquake i had a penpal in Alaska. A special newspaper was printed with donations to buy it. I still have this paper.

The Liard Hotsprings is definitely a beautiful stop just south of the Yukon border. I would highly recommend it since they have left it more natural.

Yes that would be a good idea. We have so much of it we just wanted to clear some trees right around our house. Wasn’t worth the hassle. There’s lots of trees available here in Alaska for everyone.
