We cooked an awesome Alaskan breakfast and finally installed our snowpole! Several RU-vid channels have answered the challenge to build a snowpole and gauge the difference between different regions in Alaska. Now the smoked Salmon is a game changer to your breakfast. Good to know about the energy boost! Increasing my protein in the morning improves my energy for the day. Awesome video. Love the #snowpole idea

Thank you. The energy boost is unreal that we get from salmon. The first night I made salmon patties and ate two at 7:00 pm. Was still wide awake at 1:00 am. It's way bette for the energy than carbs of any kind.

I make fried zucchini , then cover with a few scrambled eggs, with some parmesan cheese and a touch of thyme. I think I used to make it Adam when you stayed.

Do you freeze dry your own eggs?

Oh yes, the chickens produce way more that we can eat so we wait until we have about six dozen and then we freeze dry them. We probably have 60 dozen eggs freeze dried right now.
