I'd run the first cut on ALL the logs first, then reset the jig and get down to sawing the planks. I'd also rig a couple 3 legged horses to lift the work up to a better working height, both to save your back, and to cradle the log a bit more securely. But that's just me. It was great seeing how this jig works.
Like the latter idea, and how you just free wheel the chainsaw down the unsecured log, ..Looks like something I could and would do, ..Great video.! Should have more views on this one..?
Hola buenas noches disculpe como hago para conseguir un aparato así yo ya tengo la motosierra y me gustaría adquirir un aditamentos como ese para mi...gracias
I would say that the minimum saw would be something like Stihl MS 361/362 (59,0cm³/3,4kW). Better Stihl MS 440 or 660. Please rephrase the other part of the sentence I do not understand.
You got to be kidding first of all the work place is too tight!!!!!!!!!! Second of all the work piece is not even secured!!!!!!!!!! The jig is OK!!! Suggestion, build a good and steady stand high enough to put the lumber on it, so you don't have to kneel down
I liked your video, nice to see your wearing hearing protection, But what about the dog , with his ellentence hearing , you should NORT have the dog that close to chainsaw! I AN VERY UPSET FOR DOG
