I haven’t been to Alaska but I did go to Iceland which has similar day/night scenario. I was literally jet lagged and sleep deprived the whole 8 days as of course flying from the US stopping in Canada then flying to Iceland which btw when I went had only 4 hours of darkness 😂 so I also literally was jet lagged for 2 weeks after coming back. So I totally understand what it’s like now for people who live in places like Alaska.

Do not let these people fool you. We do live in igloos, but have upgraded to fireplaces instead of campfires, in our homes/apartments.
