Alastair Graham-Bryce Memorial Lecture: How AI Might Impact Your Career 

The Alastair Graham-Bryce Memorial Lecture is an annual evening event presented by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers' Manufacturing Industries Division (MID). This year’s lecture will be given by incoming MID chair Ian Joesbury and will explore the burgeoning role that Artificial Intelligence in playing in manufacturing, and the wider engineering profession.
Many believe that AI will transform their working and home lives. This hybrid lecture is a personal view about how AI may impact careers for young engineers in the future, including some discussion on how AI works, it’s strengths and, it’s limitations.
