Where the hell did ya'll come from? I did not expect this to gain traction seven months later. :v Edit: Whoa, thanks so much for 100k views folks, I never thought it would get that far, buy her we are. Lol. Also, in case you're wondering as for why this cover has an echo, it's because i wanted to make it sound like alastor was broadcasting his presence throughout hell, which i feel would make the cover a bit more eerie, but I digress.
@@ItsMeCharkey oh I know that. I just didn't think the cover itself would get much traction since AI covers for Hazbin/helluva aren't exactly super popular. Lol.
It would be an awful choice business wise to kill Alastor off. He is the reason a lot of people watch the show, and he has a lot of plot and meta armor. I don’t think he is going to die, though he definitely will be hurt and knocked around (hense ep 8)
@@DHMISDuckGuy the only good way for them to truly kill off Alastor and land it is if he is the big bad at the end of the series. Full stop. Not in some arbitrary season, nor a heroic death, the only befitting way of killing him off is for him to be the last big bad the the last season of the show.
I can imagine Alastor singing this the moment he's either exterminated in the final purge, or the moment he's redeemed at the end of the series. It just fits him too well.
@@wojtek9675 I mean he is obviously chaotic in nature but idk if I would call him all bad? like if he truly had a alignment I would think he's chaotic neutral as all he does is for the sake of his own entertainment
Yeah, as a history buff I was confused why the 20’s man was singing Frank Sinatra, but I’m looking past that because of my parallel obsession with the 40s 😭
It's very good but a big part of it is the filter. Not saying it's bad, it's actually really cool because it shows that if you just distort the ai voice just a little bit, it sounds perfect.
I thiught this was gonna be funny but man. It really fits him so well. For all that he is ruthless, violent and sadistic he is also an incredibly driven, ambitious, charismatic and energetic character. He really does "bite more than he can chew" in a high stakes game compared to all the other overlords who play it safe. Even the Vees despite Velvet's rebellious bragging. Alastor is a fghter. He may or may not prove trustworthy but I can't help but like him.
imagine it tho. an alastor death scene surrounded by angels on his knees as this song plays. "THE RECORD SHOOOOOWS. I TOOK THE BLOWWWWS AND DID ITTT. MYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY" *deadge
Itd be nice to see alastors official death scene, this sung by the va, and in slow motion depict him falling over in the woods against a flowerbed. Crimson slightly pooling beneath his hair and petals as the camera pans upward. My genius, I know.
The broadcast is playing Alastor is dying being consumed by flames as his body is reduced to ash but he still sings and smiles. Vox is laughing and mocking him through his drones. Then as Alastor sings out the final crescendo and the flames consume him completely Vox goes still. His shoulders slump his arms fall to his side and his satisfied smirk fades. His eyes begin to widen watching the last bit of ash that was once Alastor fall to the ground… “He’s… Gone.” Roll credits.
The next day, Vox sobs like a baby at the funeral, sick with regret. Sure, he hated Alastor, but now that the radio bastard is gone... it's a hollow victory, a sick joke.
im imaging like a huge montage sequence after Alastor double crosses everyone and tries to take over hell and is finally defeated after 2 or 3 seasons building up to this and this song plays as Charlie and her now expanded hazbin hotel crew rebuild hell together. i rly think Alastor is going to do something like this and be the final huge antagonist of the show
@@slushelhusky2448 It's not really a theory, it's canonical to the main show. During his times of buying his victims, a hunter mistook him with a deer and then shoot him in the head, which, killed him instantly.
@@perrycarters3113 more like a fun fact, but you know Spooky Jumpscare Mansion? It looks so much like DEERGOD, even the sound effects with glitches and it seens a bit like old Glamophone noises. And the fact is that DEERGOD acts so much like him.
Judging by his lore and story, this song would be perfect to play when he dies by the hands of Charlie or Lilith after becoming the final villain of the show
Except this won’t happen, Vivzie said Alastor would never be the full on bad guy, now, she never clarified if this means he would get redeemed at some point or if he will die, but he won’t be the villain.
Best part is that this is the exact opposite of Alastor's actual reaction to facing his potential death. Man was in a desperate panic and didn't want to die a "hero", he was NOT at peace at all.
Alastor singing this/playing it prerecorded in the background while a scene plays out of him hunting, stringing, gutting, and flaying his victim live....is what we need.
I really hope this is used for Alastors death scene in one of the seasons. Because he will die. Vivzie would do that, and then bring him back via some kind of demonic ritual, blah blah. But yes. If he died, this would play. He would sing this.
For the first time in ten thousand years, Hell was totally silent. The streets were empty save for the many bloodied corpses, and not even the wind blew as one by one, the lights extinguished themselves. Then a crackling sound began to whisper its way through the stifling air, growing louder as it went on. It was a song. Having finally broken free from his strings and overthrown Lucifer, Alastor had brought down blood and chaos on the legions of Hell until there was nothing left to take his vengeance on anymore-there was only him. As he sat in his radio tower alone, an unfamiliar feeling had crept up on him. Something empty and unsatisfying-was it regret? He didn’t know, but he had already come too far to entertain the thought that what he’d worked for all this time was no longer what he wanted. He pushed the images of a few of his friends’ betrayed faces out of his mind, and assumed his usual self-assured demeanor. Looking out over the emptiness of pentagram city, he sang his last triumph.
Yet as the song came to a close, the demon felt hurt, confused and so many other emotions he was unfamiliar with as he broke for the final time. Taking the knife he'd used to finish off Nifty, Husk, Angel, Lucifer, Vaggie, and sweet Charlie, the all-powerful Radio Demon looked at the only picture left in Hell, the one of Charlie holding everyone close, he plunged the knife deep into his heart. Voice cracking and trembling with static surrounding all of Hell, Alastor Altruist, the last demon in Hell, spoke the final words to echo these halls, "I'm sorry, my dear."
When the series ends with everyone except Alastor being redeemed, leaving him as the sole most powerful being in Hell to lord over all the newly damned souls that arrive:
I imagine Alastor sang this when he first arrived in Hell and took the Souls of several overlords, broadcasting their screams of agony alongside the music.
Alastor: I spent my final moments singing and broadcasted it for all of hell to hear one last time. I regret nothing. Perfect Cell *with a grin*: Perfect...
All those who oppose his rule shall face his wrath, our everwatching eyes will find all conspirators and plots against our king and smite them down with swift justice.
@@mylenevillanueva9392 Non has opposed me thus far, I am still the one true king of this comment section as the all seeing one who was here from the beginning.
I hope they do something like this in the second series, example--This plays as a Montage of Alastor as a human and how he died and his first killings and deals that he ever made in hell go across the screen.
I've seen a lot of people saying "We'll Meet Again" by Paranoid DJ would be the best song to see Alastor be sent off with. I respectfully disagree, "My Way" is a thousand times more appropriate. I can picture him singing this as he realizes, he does indeed care for the Hazbin crew and sacrifices himself for their safety or even salvation. He may not get redeemed, his crimes too great, his sins too evil, but by god, he did it *_HIS WAY_*
If Alastor ends up becoming a main villain and betraying his “friends” this song will be perfect for Alastor to sing after Charlie and the others kill him.
Nope (sadly) Lore wise, alastor died in the 1930's ,sinatra came at least 15 years later (maybe 20)... But we can canonize it in our heads, i guess 🤷🏻♂️🤭
3:13 FOR WHAT IS A MAAAAAAN? WHAT HAS HE GOT? IF NOT HIMSELF THEN HE HAS NOT TO SAY THE THINGS HE TRUELY FEELS‼️‼️ Nostalgia, I remember when TikTok did a trend with a pyramid filter, with that specific part of this song. I originally thought it was a fanmade song, BUT NO, because I've heard the original
According to viv even Sinatra might’ve have been too modern for Alastor XD (he doesn’t like music from after his death apparently). This might not be canon anymore of course. But Alastor died in 1933 and Sinatra’s career didn’t take off until 1940 and this song specifically would come even later than that And yes I know it’s just an AI cover. I’m just sharing fun facts
