You can actually withdraw ur money from ur virtual card, from your alat virtual account click on funding then move ur money from ur debit card to ur main account. Try it it works.

Yh gud day to u ,, I tried same of withdrawal it was only showing me tier 1 which was my main account ,nothing like withdrawal from virtual card to main account I even tried calling d customer care same issues . Still pls if u have any other tips try explaining thanks 😊

Hello, I'm unable to create a virtual naira card or a physical card from the app. It's showing "service under maintenance". What do you think mihht be the issue.

Try updating the app on your phone and try again. If that fails, you can go to their branch and possibly resolve your issue

Yeah there are different virtual card options such as Klasha and chipper cash. If you want a physical dollar card, you have to get one from the bank by either opening a dollar account with your bank or the easier route is checking if your bank offers prepaid dollar cards(which have easier conditions)

The answer is no. The bank has suspended its international transaction services and you will now have to either get a dollar card from your bank or a download a virtual dollar card app

No. You must go to the bank and apply by yourself for a domiciliary account and then a dollar card.

Well ALAT does have a dollar card but it is only if you go to their bank and open a dollar account that you can get one. You can no longer get one via app

ALAT is only a Nigerian bank. It is not available to non Nigerian customers

@@popsicleice8782 what you have to do is to find another way to perform your international transactions. You can either use a virtual dollar card service or go to your bank and apply for a dollar account or a dollar card

Now unfortunately, their physical cards do not work with international transactions, Only local transactions. I tested it out before making the video and it did not work at all

They are doing a maintenance for it now thats why its not working but bad news is that they may actually discountinue or lower the $500 monthly limit but still theres a possibility that it could be increased i guess Will see now my question is when you use the alat card do they charge you bank rate per dollar or black market rate

here is what you do. Open your ALAT app and click on fund account, then you scroll down and click on transfer from prepaid card wallet and input the amount you want to fund and click on fund account. It should immediately transfer to your main account
