Rental wise, I have no idea how much it costs. But having as reference that the country in not in EU yet, I would say roughly estimate that wouldn't cost you more than £250 per month if you choose apartments with a single room, a bathroom and a kitchen (not sharable).
So, disrespectful! Tirana is under massive construction mode so naturally things are chaotic but that will change once the constructions are completed. I'm in New York City (one of the wealthiest cities in the world) and there is a tons of rubbish here. But you don't see tourist whenever visiting Manhattan pointed their cameras constantly on the street rubbish which is everywhere & all over Manhattan. You did just that in Tirana, Albania. Ugh. Your video is epic fail. Shame on you.
We've noticed that the country is under development. However, this video is from #Kamez, a town near by Tirana. If you'll visit Tirana, you will not see so much rubbish, as we've seen in this town. And the comparison with New York, we think that's not relevant for this case. Either way, thanks for the feedback.
