Kostandin is Albanian last name - later when they created new states they put Oski or owski for the state of Macedonia, OS or O for greece, -vic for Serbia etc etc, the majority of population of the states that were established was albanian population-- later they brought from east and north and south east and created new languages----- needs some reading to learn that this is a true fact

If you didnt know, which Im 99% sure you dont, albania, as well as the rest of the balkans, were under Roman Rule. Sure Constantine was definitley born into Dardanian land, however his name is latin. This can have several reasons one being he or his father was a converted to christianity and got a roman name, like someone in Bosnia, can also be called Mohammed. Or that the place he was born was already holding setteled romans. (not likely) So even if your right, if he was to be born today, he would come out of a non-slavic, non-turkic and non-greek parents. This leaves us with the high possibility of Albanian, but not 100%. We do not know simply but chances are he would likely be albanian. See, the problem with calling things albanian, is that the terminology "albanian" didnt exist before 1400s. You would benifit reading your own history.

After numerous genetic investigations it was found that all Albanian subgroups of the gaplogroup E-V13 are the youngest of this species. These young subgroups gave an ancestor that is older and this older ancestor was found among the Bulgarians and Croats according to Eupedia (local find according to today's conditions ). The finds from Serbia and Montenegro are intentionally not declassified although these studies show the same. But since you are not stupid and know exactly that the Bulgarians and Croats have only been in the Balkans since the 7th and 9th centuries, we can say with 100% probability that these genetics are Serbian and that the mutated groups among the Albanians have Serbian ancestors. The subgroup of Skenderbeg Z17107 was not found in modern Albanians, but was found in Croats and Serbs. the Albanians mainly belong to the following branches Y92017, Z16661, F6511450, PH2180
