I've known Albert a long time...and to play like him!...you need to throw away ALL the guitar chord pattern books!..and use 'partial' Piano chords to keep the Guitar chords together!...some of the chords only have 3 notes!...he plays with a plectrum and ALL 3 fingers left are used to create a sort of Piano sound...just try it?

i think Albert Lee is over rated. He is just a second level to all the other greats. They invented styles and sounds. he is just a copier with a thin weak sound.

Well you must be just about the only person who has heard him play to think so. He is universally acclaimed and top musicians clamour to have him play with them. So what do you know, idiot? What's more, Albert is a nice modest man. I get the feeling your the opposite and know shit.
