Hello, Thanks for this detailed video. I am currently in Alberta and have Canadian experience of 6 months on a PGWP. I understand that I am eligible for the AOS stream. I am just wondering if I apply for AOS stream now, is it going to hurt my chances to apply for express entry in 6 months as in 6 months i will have one year of experience and will be eligible to apply through express entry. Is it still possible to apply for AOS and Alberta express entry and choose express entry if it came earlier? Also, what would be your recommendation, should i wait 6 more months and be eligible to apply through express entry or apply through AOS now. Like any other I am hoping to get the PR soon. Dear Kubeir. I’m confused and I ask your point of view. I received the designation of Ainp, and in the same time I’m waiting the designation from OINP, I paid the 1500$ fees. I don’t know what should I do. Shall I ignore the designation of Alberta and waiting the feed back of OINP, or accept Alberta and withdraw my profil from OINP, and then I won’t receive a refund because my profil is in process.

Hi kubeir, I am an Alberta provincial nominee. I have also undergone my Medicals and PCC. However, my Spouse has been diagnosed and suspected with TB. Now I am ready to file my documents (ITA) with my dependants (Spouse and daughter). Could you please advise if I should include my spouse in my application after ITA. Will it have any impact on our application for PR. Please share your opinion and guide us through.

I have query, In the AINP 012 form under current employment, its says Current Job Title, mine is Asst. Manager and in front of it says "from" and "to". My question is whether to write "from" date of my appointment as Asst Manager or it shall include all the previous designation held in the current company? essentially, I should write my joining date with my current employer? In the education section it says provide details of all education including high school, I have included 12th certificate, should I attach 10th Certificate also? Lastly, they ask for alternate contact details (preferebly in canada) I don't know anybody in canada, should I India number? or try to find some friend of friend in canada? Can we attached Letter of Explanation for Annual Salary and its conversion into CAD? My company is providing monthly salary on ref letter? any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

I am presently working in Alberta for the last 6 months with NOC A-2174 and interested in applying for AINP this month. I am ready with IELTS and ECA. Hello Kubier, After the receipt of the confirmation mail from Alberta government for document submission , I had dispatched the documents to Alberta government (NOC 2132) and it had been collected on the 21st of May 19 . I have not yet received the file number . It's been more than 30 days now and I am bit worried . I understand that now it is taking around 30-40 days ( read in few blogs) for receipt of file number . I have few queries : 1) what is the actual time they are taking now for the file number receipt ? when the number of days are mentioned does it include weekends as well ? 2) Is it ok to send a reminder mail to the Alberta government if there is still a delay in the receipt of file number ? Excellent video... We are currently in process of applying for PNPs .. Quick question!! As you pointed out an important information about what has to be mentioned in the reference letters.. My wife, the primary applicant used to work for JET AIRWAYS.. And since the company has shut... She's only left with the reliving letter.. How do we make this reference letter valid or sufficient enough to prove her work history. She was associated with the company 4-5 years back.

Thanks for explaining important facts related to AINP (Express Entry stream). Please help. I understand, if I got the NOI after completing all the necessary task, then I would get 15 days for sending the e-mail. My question is: If somehow I got stuck in any unavoidable circumstances and for this reason, I may not able to go to Canada right now, (maybe I could go after 4 / 6 months or 1 year) What should I do? Actually i received my ECA for my masters last week only...before this my CRS was 407 and now it’s 439... I wrote them an email regarding the same but they haven’t reverted on the same yet... don’t know what to do?? Any suggestions??

Dear Sir, Please, clarify, Can CIC officers juxtapose my EE profile, when I submit my Work Permit application, just using my name and surname without EE number? And should I withdraw EE profile where I have invitation from Alberta, while submitting Work Permit application to avoid refusing? Thanks in advance

Sir,i have 394 as my crs score and my noc is 9213 food processing supervisor.i have my sister pr of canada(alberta).what are my chances,i have seen some sites which says that it is in demand list.will i get noi from alberta?

Hi Kubeir! As you shown CRS Score distributions of Candidates in Express Entry Pool as of 29 Mar 2019, is this distribution only for Federal Program only or also includes other PNP programs as well? Like 6936 ITAs issued for score 411 to 420.

Hi Kubeir! Please guide me. After intermediate i did bachelors of 2 years and then Masters of 2 years. What equivalency would I get from WES or let it put this way what education level should i select while creating Express Entry Profile for Federal Skilled Workers Program?

Hi Kubeir, I have got NOI from Alberta and applying for pnp. My NOC is 2132 and CRS 405 without including spouse. Can I include my spouse in the PNP application and later in EE? To ensure that the crs remains same till nomination. Or should I not include my spouse throughout?
