KING of the MOUNTAINS..never get tired to see Contador climbing those difficult mountains And now he retired and no pleasure anymore to watch any Grand Tour@@!
i remember watching this amazing race as a teenager. Back then i didnt fully realize how briliant and exceptional this win really was. I miss Alberto, he knew how to make racing look fun and not just a boring watt contest.
One of the best big tour in history! Contador and Froome were in a similar disposal.Alberto won with over 1minute advantage. I regret, that they couldnt fight up to the end in tour 2014;/ Nibali hadn't opponents after Alberto and Chris withdrew's
Eres Grande Alberto!!!..y este vídeo el sonido, los bajos quedaron perfectos a los movimientos de Alberto o simplemente su dance al pedalear es tan exacto que rima con la musica, increíble Alberto!!!

ㅎㄷㅂㅅㄷㅂㄷ then practice on it. There IS a trick to his dancing, several of them actually. Notice how he positions his hands & elbows such that they directly support his weight, rather than his weight trying to fold his elbows to the sides. Even the positioning of his fingers on the hood matter to this aspect of it, as I learned when I tried to use it. The point of that part is making less effort to keep standing on the pedals, as you’re working with your arm’s structure rather than against it. Look how he lets the bike fall to the side & twists his body when he pushes his leg down, such that his pedaling comes with all of his body weight, not just the force of his leg. Basically, he’s using his arms in a more efficient way, and he moves his bike & body weight around so that he pedals with his weight too, not just his legs. This takes a lot of pressure OFF the legs once you learn to do it, but it still elevates your heart rate a lot. Also if you do it for a long time, it’s tough on the arms bc you’re basically throwing your body around on the bike, but that’s something you can get used to in training. Overall this gives you a much more sustainable way to dance on the pedals, and it lets you attack very explosively bc you can add your body weight to your legs’ force. It also gives you an option to actually rest your legs a little on climbs, as you can just use your arms & pedal mostly with your body weight.
the best climber i have ever known , he doesn't need a team. Which rider today who stands first in the general classement and has no teammates dares to attack at 40km of the finishline?
Im fairly confident Alberto is trying to win all three tours in one year. He is going to talk about doing the vuelta after he wins his giro/tour double
m.atashnak Giro looks pretty good. Anything can happen, but for now, it looks on track for Alberto. Tour, on the other hand, I see it way more complicated. Froome, Nibali, Quintana...lots of fire power. And, in my opinion, Tinkoff isn't the strongest team in the pro peloton. Hope Contador can get with it.
Nacho Aguado this giro took alot of energy, otherwise he would most likely win the tour as he is normally the best rider of all, but both rounds against a fit nibali, froome and quintana that is almost impossible, but we hardly get true battles between the best, because usualy there is a fall or injury that screws the battle up, they should do the first tour stage a mountain stage...and add the result after the first resting day, so in the 2nd stage the sprinters can take the jersey, and we at least know who is the strongest rider in that first stage, before ppl fall or get injured
mariobahama yes a lot of energy !!! but i think he wasn't at 100% of his potential, and i hope and believe he will do well, he also did same thing in 2011 but at that time he has not planned tour after Giro.. and it did well so...
you're right about that, Alberto contador is the best a great champion I am such a great fan of this man the style of how he's riding on that bicycle and always will attacks against his opponent,s now he's riding baskenland 4 trek sega fredo I wish you good luck Alberto👍
4me Alberto contador is the best Alberto good luck with your new bicycle the first and the last now that I have said that win the tour de France!! You can do it! Gerard pompies you're biggest fan
I'm afraid Contador as well as Nibali are sacrificing their possible 2015 Tour the France victory because of participating in the Giro. Contador won't beat Froome with a Giro in his legs :(
He broke his leg in the '14 Tour. Was using physio tape to strengthen it. Rode with it all your. Switched some tape from Tinkoff yellow to red when he got the camiseta roja
He didn't really reach more than me... Yes maybe he's hours faster then me up the hill, but once I can tell my Kids that I reached my goals clean and without cheating and beeing a liar.
Senior Sanchez He's a professional cyclist at the age of 32, earning millions every year. Has 2 TDF, 1 Giro and 3 Vueltas. His Tour for alleged doping got retired. So yeah, I don't see you on his level. Doping doesn't give you wings and wins the stage for you. Even if he did dope, you need a lot of skills and power to achieve what he has achieved. Plus I highly doubt you know anything more about doping or about what Contador did than the UCI themselves and their investigations.
Senior Sanchez clenbuterol doesnt help shit, i use clenbuterol as a asmathic from time to time and the only thing you feel (if you took to much) is a high heartbeat
