I wish they added at least single nodes of X.4 ressources. In solo mist for example, the node could have 1 to 3 ticks (random) and be pinged for all players on map, probably with a timer as well
Sounds interesting.. but in a game where you usually die pretty often, this might just lead to frustration for using such items.. The beauty of Albion so far was that you can always easily rebuy your gear from the store.. with legendary items bound to players this will change.
Thank you :) I don't get what the devs are doing here. Item are consumables and Albion is a die and retry kinda game. If you have to invest so much silver and time in an item, it kinda of defeats the whole purpose of the game.
A legendary item isn't bound to a player, its still going to get lost or taken up when someone pops its wielder, what I think is cool about it is that the item description would include all the names of those who carried/used it giving it a history of sorts and a legendary weapon is going to be OP in PvE its going to really get a lot of powers attached to it but only those who have the balls will bring it in PvP areas, I hope that it actually announces itself when it enters a PvP map, a text would pop up saying the name of the player and the name of the legendary item and watch that person get swarmed by those who want to wield the legendary weapon, instant PvP swarm😂
Have you thought about adding legendary mounts? I've been with the same mount since I started in the game and over the years I've grown fond of it, it wouldn't be bad if I could at least give it a name.🦎

Plz answer this important question sbi. Will the legendary happen after we create them when the patch comes to AO or will it apply after and existing items?
So you got to use that weapon specifically to let it earn points in order to be upgraded, sorta like lvling it. That's great, makes all weaps unique depending on their build stats. I might dust off my account and head back.
Let's hope the legendaries items won't be too powerful in some specific contents, but seem cool Also, what will happen if a player just keep the legendary item forever ? (some people will try to do collections which can be pretty cool, but also annoying in another way)
there wont be only one legendary/awakened item since all of them old and new will have a chance of staying forever even if someone just keeps them in a chest eventually more will pop out
bruh solo player cant even gather .4 resources i wish it was like a leg weap that we can craft and lvll it up to become fully legendary not like u have to get .4 resources or gears. for example crafting basic excalibur then lvl it up to become a legendary excalibur i know u want this weap to be rare but in long run many people will craft it and im sure no one will bring leg weap on the outlands because of its rarity the only good thing that i understand is that u cannot sell leg weap to market because it says when you get killed its either it trashed or lost and sent to black market

I think is designed that way, but people who have .4 items right now will have awakened weapons, so legendary items is probably an idea of like is name says, legends, like a player who can change the balance of the battle
@@poru6482bruh noobs. You just need a lot of money. You can buy 4.4 stuff for no cost rn and then promote to demi-legendary for free, but if you mean 8.4 mp legendary, then you need around 3 billions.
You know you dont have to fight everyone you see in the mists right? also, people will 100% group up on killing ANYONE that would take one of these out in the mists, as they should. high risk high reward.
It sounds cool, but I would appreciate for smaller groups or even solos a chance to get .4 resources to maybe craft these one day, as currently it is literally impossible. Maybe allow super rare chance of those spawning in the roads of Avalon if not mists? Can be in very small quantities ofc
Deepens of that boost from awakening demilegendary to legendary. If it will be huge enough, they will be like world items in yggrassil, who own more of them will win gvg fight. Else they will be used only in black zone but safe pve like mist or ava
Early and mid game need work. I couldn’t imagine being a new player joining the game in the current state and staying interested. Would be nice to see that before this.
Is there any way to play Albion without having to pvp? Like get to tier 8 gear and weapons without ever having to go in combat with other players. (I guess by just farming low level gear and selling that until I can afford max gear, but this is an extremely slow process)
why not just learn a lil pvp to lvl up your gathering easier , just go to lethal mists and stay away from center zone wear 5.1 no one will bother you 9 times out of 10
@@joshuag1795 I like the arena pvp, where you don't lose anything gear wise, but just going by myself in red and black zones is a huge pain considering there are always 4-5 people gangs that just go around the area killing solos and making their 2-3 hour grind absolutely useless
Yes,why not? (English is not my mother tongue so there may be weird) If use can take risk : Want fame:Go dangerous zone mist fame. Want silver to buy gear tier8:Do dangerous transport. If u cannot take risk: Want fame: Go trying solo group dungeon static or group dungeon in safe zone. (Aleast using 6.2 gear, And then try 4.0 group dungeon first) Want silver: (gathering also can but gathering with low gear is less profit to me,if want high profit still no need care about pvp u need higher gear like t7or t8 full gather set and then gathering in safe zone. ) (Transport need no fame just need experience and cost to get high profit.) Transport between safe zone city to refining resources. (because u cannot take risk so better selection that sell them in red city will not be a choice.)And them sell them to the city that has highest price. (red city t4 resources price always higher than other safe zone city ) If you lazy to see price between safe zone city, mist city (brecillien) will be the best way to sell for some t4 refined resource. The problem of this choice is: 1.Need 50000 mist fame to make it appear. 2.Although u can go there through yellow mist,but the time u need to find the door is unstable. That all my opinion. Besides,the road that I suggest from 0 to get tier 8 without pvp: 1.Go black zone mist fame farm until can take 6.0 full set. 2.Use Transport , continuing fame farm in black zone or anyways to get silver to buy 6.2 full set. 3.Start trying to solo group dungeon, because u not use 8.3full set so u need find what mobs group u can kill which cannot. Until u can equip t8. 4.Now u can sell your 6.2set and then buy t8 gear. Last, another easy way: 1.Go fb, twitter. 2.Find the guild that say they will help newbie fame farming. 3.Go Farm farming with them in black zone. And then u will get fame faster and enough silver to buy t8 gear just pve in black zone overworld. Easier than my suggestion right? Becasue I am solo player.XD If u think i say wrong what welcome to point it I only know how to earn silver and fame without take the risk of pvp more. Way to earn silver and fame through pvp I still research.
@@qingmeijun Thank you so much for your tips, I will keep them in mind. In the past, Albion players told me to go look for another game to play if I don't like pvp, because the game is focused on pvp in the end-game, so there's no reason for me to play it. I do enjoy the game too much to quit just because of pvp, so I'll try to play safe :))
These Legendary Items should have an accompanying announcement when they enter a PvP area, like a pop up that states name of legendary item and its wielder, watch as that person gets swarmed 😂
And you lose it easily in full loot game . . . this is bad idea, at least give us option to name that dang legendary that we crafted and awaken in our petty needs!
I kinda guess it will be a money sink for ppl who have billions, since .4 is expensive as it is and then you pay somehow to upgrade it. Unlike the new hunting and tracking content for new weapon tree, this content will be available to a very very very small and niche part of the community
4.4 is just slightly more expensive than 8.0 so i wouldnt say its exclusive. Also the simple fact that you can someday get a legendary weapon from opening a chest still benefits players not actively interacting with this feature.
Im pretty sue that only less of 0.5% of all the player base will "enjoy" this update so there won't be "money sink" because I see players with TRILLONS of silver across of multiples accounts... the rich get richer... sad but true
@@gonzak8986 the fact that i still didn't get a single .4 item from chest after 180m pve fame since they came out, suggests me that I won't get much out of the awakened and legendary weapons anyways
Maybe instead of working for stat increases, add empowered abilities with additional effects like making mace's q a full circle or leavung behind a damaging trail with claymore charge once the weapon reaches a certain point
I let u guys know that there is a problem in mobile when i open albion online in mobile i cant play it. Its just keep on loading and loading and nothing wait hope u guys fix it soon
I am foaming at the mouth i am in love with the concept as a pvp player and crafter in games. I always start and stop albion but i am in love with the idea of being a legendary sword or bow smith working on fame farming my own legendary weapon and eventually if it does fall in battle it will be passed on to a new player and the idea you could track down your legendary weapon and trade for it id amazing!!!!
This game can be played in 2 fashions. Solo or group content. I have opened 40+ mill group chests, and I've also soloed tier 5 spiders that have dropped me 14 mill artifacts. Group dungeons, solo dungeons. Mists and greater mists. I can make 2 mill an hour just solo gathering. Please don't ruin this game if you are inexperienced. My guild Bongs Of Justice is actively recruiting with no mandatory content. Our soul mission is to show newer players the ropes in hopes they will learn to play the game to its maximum potential. And then go on to show their friends and their friends friends. Keep on keeping on SBI you have created an excellent game and are continuously making it better. Thank you.
i have a sweet bitter opinion on that, for instance i love the idea, but only extremally rich people will be able to have this, even if the item falls in poorer hands, using it will be a mistake, because you could sell it for the amount you want. So even though there is a balancing between rich and poor, newbies and experienced players, the one's that will use those weapons will be the one's with money. Sad but true :(
Quando teremos um preço acessível para pagar a premium com dinheiro real? Fica díficil para quem mora no Brasil pagar 12USD por mês, não tenho muito tempo para jogar Albion, então fica impossível de ficar jogando apenas para farmar a premium.
is it possible to add more targets to fight between smalscale-midscale teams? Unfortunately, after updating the shelters, they cannot be captured as your own avalon. Given that there are big guilds, small yuas could hire others to help as mercenaries, and not sit in the avalon until the guild ceases to exist and due to the small online their food will run out and they will be captured ... Unfortunately, the whole team game has turned into an "arena" for loot, or zvz, and of course mists. There is no global goal.
This content probably caters more for group players or players who does a lot of PVP. I'm still pretty excited as a solo player crafter however, since the thought of being able to make a legendary item and then seeing it used by multiple players actually gives a sense of accomplishment for me.
@@theGn0rp Well I will agree since this game IS still a pvp-oriented game. Still, atleast this content SLIGHTLY benefits crafters as well, unlike the previous updates.
This is very cool conceptually, it sounds like the special hats in TF2 where you have to have done the most of a specific things (giving gifts, winning duels, ect) in one day, and the next day you get the hat for the day with the same cosmetic changes the last person made. It might be cool to have a 'hunger' mechanic in a way, kinda of like the weapon yearns for battle as it almost has it's own sentience. This would be cool not only as a thematic way of making them more interesting, but also to make sure people who get them don't just keep them as trophies. It may also be interesting to make sure these weapons always have a way to move to the black market. I can see this being a problem if people end up only using the weapon in yellow zones. A cool way to do this would be let peopple be able to flag in Carleon as a 'Legend Hunter'. These people are always able to do combat with someone carrying a Legendary item, and they can be given rewards for killing these people, perhaps by making them able to speed up the process of attuning their own awakened weapon maybe?
Oh my god yes I always ask for this in forum why the hell did they have not done this. But watchout talking about EVE to Albion devs, it looks like they dont assume the "inspiration"
I was waiting for this so much !!! Insane news ! But for the basic enchantements like .1 .2 .3 .4 can we have the glowing matching the enchantement level : green for .1, blue for .2, ... I think it would be more interesting visualy and would also help in pvp. (the .3 glowing in red is beatiful but for me it do not really match the real enchantement of the equipement. Thanks for all the new content and updates, i hope u will consider my suggestion.
Yeaa cool, So yea when ar ya guys gon make “World Class Items” i can’t wait to get a hold of some and wreak havocs to the their world if i ever get stuck to the game
Was hyped about this feature until you mentioned that the weapon has to be pristine, why? Why can't solo players ever get any cool new content? I understand playing in a guild is how the game is designed, but I don't have the time for a guild. The vast majority of the playerbase is solo or small group players, if you are not going to create content for them, then don't expect people to be playing.
