The game review is very good, but the publisher is terrible. I bought the Euro founder package but never received it in my account. My account was locked for using third-party software. When I complained, they provided no evidence and changed the reason to buying silver in the game, which is allowed. Why was my account locked? My refund request for the founder's package was denied because it was supposedly too late (14 days). This publisher is miserable.

On a game that economy is driven by players they made founder packs have access up to 5 days earlier , what a greedy thing to do devs , at least let everyone have acess at same time , because of this i will not play this game and yes money is not a problem i rather go play manor lords instead.

hey heres are some ideas to fix this game a 1 rework cd they been the same for the longest, like is been the same for years and it barely gets touch 2. rework imp so is playable in big scale while getting rid of it in hg, imp in 2v2 hg breaks the whole balance cuz is literally a fire staff with mobility and more aoe 3. get rid of awaken, i don't have to mention that no one and i mean one uses this aside from solo mist players like is completely useless and needs a rework 4. fix premium prices as of right now premium is 23m and theres no value in buying it when it cost that much 5 rework green and blue dungeons or the pve in general is just hella boring 6 stop and for god sake stop focusing on zvz and big scale update like jesus christ every update it either has something to do with zvz or the update it self is centered for zvz 7 add a discord or a place people can give there oppion on balacing instead of hearing guilds leaders and streamers like you devs are so out of touch with the game 8 stop being lazy f if you add something broken take it out for atleast 1 week and nerf it dont keep it in the game or youll get trash players getting high inf in hg
