A different approach to the direct brain ones. This works more on the energy and mental worlds,
but i would think it would be felt quite solidly and create a lot of positive internal change.
Here an alchemical mental change is induced to these past events to offer a layer of support in past difficult circumstances. encouragement and a ear to listen.
This may help slowly shift the mental state to a more open yet internally resilient state,
and perhaps accepting that good things can happen.
A litany against past despair.

It should take years to earn your trust. And that's normal. Let people prove themselves to you in situations. Don't have expectations from anyone, but have standards, and those who don't meet them, are not meant to be in your life. Give yourself time to heal, it's ok

I turn inwards, to self soothe. I turn inwards to heal, for self care, time to give myself love and compassion. Forgiveness of my past mistakes, I didnt know better, now I do. I may still make the same mistakes, but I pray that I won't. The shackles are lifting. The past has been washed away, like rain, pouring over a wet painting, smudging and erasing, blending the colours together with love. The past is healed. The future is now. It's beautiful. Amen.

I would be extremely grateful if you could make a field for lipedema/adipose inflammation. Many women are affected but are misdiagnosed as obese. but you cannot diet/starve away lipedema, there is no effective treatment except a special kind of liposuction, which is very expensive, and you often have to do several of them.

Totally true in my case. There’s such anxiety of messing things up=perfection required of ourselves=procrastination. If I don’t try then I won’t face the despair of failure. Terrible c PTSD.

Use Spine Tapper and Collagen videos because ligaments are essentially made of collagen. I think he also has an Infrared video you can use. Other things that are really helpful are vit c, msm and silica. I am speaking from experience because I have atlanto-axial instability, craniocervical instability and multiple ligament issues due to low collagen caused by chronic stress/insomnia/viral issues. @@JoaoSiebinho It's the Spinal Tapper :) And you could also benefit from the Brain and Spine Antioxidant Complex. Morpheus Field has one called 'two' which also regenerates the tissues of the body, collagen (and other things). Collagen is the primary goal though, because it is the glue that holds the body together.

@@Tatacchanyou might have a type of hypermobility. Elhers Danlos is a genetic disorder of the connective tissues. Extreme chronic stress “activated” this within me= chronic fatigue, muscle wasting, the pain is near unbearable. Just an idea to look into. I hope this isn’t the case for you!
